I had a great experience with Sindelar Plumbing. We had a noticeable leak from upstairs bathroom going down to our bottom floor. I called and Alyssa helped me get service quickly. They sent someone out the next morning. Aaron and his partner diagnosed the few issues they saw. They had to find the parts for my shower valves and I got a call just an hour after they had left saying they could come back and complete the job the same day as they located the exact parts for my shower. They even took care of a couple little things they noticed for me while they were there. Most importantly, the customer service was amazing. I really appreciated my communication not only with the gentlemen doing the work, but with Alyssa at the front desk. I highly recommend them for honest work at a fair price. I may be adding a half bath soon and will be looking into a quote for that. Thank you guys!

This review is a bit late since we used them last year but I find reviews from fellow Yelpers helpful, so here it goes. We were new to the area and I started calling around to find a plumber to help with a rather small job - replacing bathroom fixtures after a light cosmetic remodel. They had to come out twice and everyone was always super nice and helpful. On time too. They never once made me feel like my job wasn't important and even did me a huge favor and came quickly after I was told by another trade that they couldn't move forward until after the plumber did their part on the job. Oops...that was my bad but Sindelar came out that same day and got me out of a jam! I highly recommend them. They also seem to be well respected by other trades people which is always a good sign.

On recommendation and upon further (Yelp) review I called Sindelar plumbing to diagnose a leak. Dave and Lee showed up at the crime scene and determined I had a leaking toilet and possibly more. I agreed and because the toilets were old I decided to go with replacing all three toilets. We scheduled a follow-up for installation. After installation and they had left, I noticed one of the toilet bowl water level was receding to a very low point. It was receding ever so slowly and would not have been noticed after the initial installation. I called Sindelar and back came Dave and he agreed something was not right. He could have recommended to reschedule another appointment but no, so back down the hill he went to pick up a new toilet and came back to reinstall it. Insofar as the toilets go, after discussion we decided that I would go with the Stealth single .8 gallon flush toilets and I'm impressed. Going from 3-4 gallon flush to .8 gallons is impressive. And yes, there is enough force/flow to take care of any ""crump sessions."" So to Cortney, Dave, Lee and Rolando ""Tanks"" for everything and artillery too!! :-) I highly recommend their service, they are truly a five star service.

Installed a new water main after we developed a leak in the line inside the slab for our driveway. Fast to diagnose the problem, and fast to schedule and complete the work - even when an extra challenge cropped up. The whole crew is super professional. I will call Sindelar every time!

Although they showed up as requested- they were unable to make repairs to my septic drainage system- but I am being charged $315 for the estimate! If you are unable to make septic repairs you should not bother to list septic in your advertising. Alas now I need to find yet another plumber to actually complete the repairs.

Called to price a water heater replacement (wanted to replace it before it went out on me) and the phone was answered right away. John came out within a few days to look at the water heater to make sure he was getting the correct replacement. Within a few days after that his crew was out installing the water heater. They were very neat, clean and personable. They did a great job replacing the old (almost 12-year-old water heater) and replacing it with a brand new quality water heater.

I highly recommend them and will be using them in the future for my plumbing needs!

Had a clogged drain I couldn't unclog called them Saturday evening set up appointment for Monday realized I couldn't wait called back they were willing to come right then but I said it wasn't that important and set up for first thing Sunday. He came out and had it unclogged in about 30 minutes. Super responsive and willing to come out anytime would highly recommend for plumbing needs.

Exceptional customer service. In an area where getting service people to even return your call, Alyssa answered our call at 8:00 AM, scheduled an appointment for the same morning. Rueben showed up on time, with a mask, extremely efficient and had our garbage disposal replaced in no time. He proceeded to leave the area as clean as when he arrived. This is the best experience I have had in the 34 years I have lived here. Awesome!!

Everyone I dealt with , from the office, to the guys in the field made the installation of a mobile home, ""REEM"" water heater seem easy. They came out to inspect, sent a reasonable estimate, set up a date, installed, clean up the mess in 3 hours. ""Who you goinna' call, Sindelar""
