Our hot water heater failed on a Thursday evening. I reached out to Sindelar Plumbing Friday. Alyssa was incredibly helpful to us, sent out a technician late on Friday afternoon. The tech determined the issue. We decided to replace the hot water heater. Alyssa emailed a quote to us later on Friday. We accepted the quote, and she acknowledged it ASAP. She let us know that they would be able to do the installation on the next Monday! Reuben and Ryan showed up at 1:15, and had the new hot water heater ready to go by 3:30. Incredible service! Friendly, clean, knowledgeable staff. Can't imagine using anyone else for our plumbing needs!

I had Sandular Plumbing come out due to a leak in the plumbing in the basement. They were ""Excellent"" in their workmanship. Ronnie and Lee were the plumbers who came out. They were quick, friendly and went over and beyond what was expected. They found that my septic tank was plugged and needed to be drained. They helped me with companies to call and did some extra digging to expose both openings to the septic tank of which saved me some money with the Septic company as I didn't not have to pay extra for digging. I would highly recommend these technicians and Sandelar Plumbing over a above anyone else. I have had them come to do work on my house 4 times and all times were with excellent work!

We had water leaking from the water heater and no way to turn it off by itself. Called Sindelar Plumbing to make an appointment under a crunched time frame. John came out within 15 minutes, diagnosed the problem and started tank draining. An hour later Aaron and a helper came over and replaced the leaking part. From the nice young woman who answers the phone to every other employee, Sindelar Plumbing is professional, efficient and a pleasure to work with. Thank you!

I had a great experience with Sindelar Plumbing. We had a noticeable leak from upstairs bathroom going down to our bottom floor. I called and Alyssa helped me get service quickly. They sent someone out the next morning. Aaron and his partner diagnosed the few issues they saw. They had to find the parts for my shower valves and I got a call just an hour after they had left saying they could come back and complete the job the same day as they located the exact parts for my shower. They even took care of a couple little things they noticed for me while they were there. Most importantly, the customer service was amazing. I really appreciated my communication not only with the gentlemen doing the work, but with Alyssa at the front desk. I highly recommend them for honest work at a fair price. I may be adding a half bath soon and will be looking into a quote for that. Thank you guys!

This review is a bit late since we used them last year but I find reviews from fellow Yelpers helpful, so here it goes. We were new to the area and I started calling around to find a plumber to help with a rather small job - replacing bathroom fixtures after a light cosmetic remodel. They had to come out twice and everyone was always super nice and helpful. On time too. They never once made me feel like my job wasn't important and even did me a huge favor and came quickly after I was told by another trade that they couldn't move forward until after the plumber did their part on the job. Oops...that was my bad but Sindelar came out that same day and got me out of a jam! I highly recommend them. They also seem to be well respected by other trades people which is always a good sign.

On recommendation and upon further (Yelp) review I called Sindelar plumbing to diagnose a leak. Dave and Lee showed up at the crime scene and determined I had a leaking toilet and possibly more. I agreed and because the toilets were old I decided to go with replacing all three toilets. We scheduled a follow-up for installation. After installation and they had left, I noticed one of the toilet bowl water level was receding to a very low point. It was receding ever so slowly and would not have been noticed after the initial installation. I called Sindelar and back came Dave and he agreed something was not right. He could have recommended to reschedule another appointment but no, so back down the hill he went to pick up a new toilet and came back to reinstall it. Insofar as the toilets go, after discussion we decided that I would go with the Stealth single .8 gallon flush toilets and I'm impressed. Going from 3-4 gallon flush to .8 gallons is impressive. And yes, there is enough force/flow to take care of any ""crump sessions."" So to Cortney, Dave, Lee and Rolando ""Tanks"" for everything and artillery too!! :-) I highly recommend their service, they are truly a five star service.

Installed a new water main after we developed a leak in the line inside the slab for our driveway. Fast to diagnose the problem, and fast to schedule and complete the work - even when an extra challenge cropped up. The whole crew is super professional. I will call Sindelar every time!

Although they showed up as requested- they were unable to make repairs to my septic drainage system- but I am being charged $315 for the estimate! If you are unable to make septic repairs you should not bother to list septic in your advertising. Alas now I need to find yet another plumber to actually complete the repairs.
