Sinclair Heating Cooling and Plumbing started with Tom and Beth Sinclair handling customer inquiries from home and building the business into what it is today. In the year 2002, they purchased a community plumbing business so they could deliver the client more than just climate control. Today, they continue the similar services endeavoring to go the extra mile patron contentment.
I have been with Sinclair HVAC & Plumbing ever since. Tom and Beth have grown this company from the ground up, and I want to continue the identical commitment. Sinclair has been my go to for plumbing and air conditioning needs for almost 2 years now. Their customer service is always on point and their worker bees are very professional and helpful. I have had duct work, new a/c unit, filters changed, leaks fixed and repaired. And as a single mother I need the best deal and the safest feel. Appreciate ya Sinclair!!

Update: Within days of my review (below), Nate, the manager over HVAC at Sinclair, contacted me. He subsequently met me at my home to review how CFM is calculated, based on square footage of home and the tonnage of the HVAC system. He assured me that the technician made the proper shroud apeture calibrations. Then he went above and beyond to double-check that the unit is wired to "always be on" which required him to go up into the freezing cold attic. He made sure I was completely satisfied and had all my questions answered, even inviting me to call if additional arise. Nate leads by example with excellent customer service, and it shows in his crew.
(Original post:) Glad to finally get the Rem Halo UV system installed. The technician found a kinked air duct going to the kitchen and took the time to fix it for us. Great service! I use Sinclair a lot and definitely recommend them.The technician did not measure the CFM airflow feeding the supply side of my HVAC, which is necessary to properly adjust the Reme shroud aperture opening as indicated in the owners manual. He just left the shroud apeture fully open, which could shorten its life and generate an ozone odor. I didn't like that part. It's just lazy. Perhaps Sinclare will send over someone to measure CFM and make the proper adjustments. They are a good, reliable company.

I have a drainage pipe leak under the house. They came and looked at it. He said said it was too wet and possible health hazard to work on the problem. He could come back after it dried out to see where the problem was. So he told me what I knew and basically didn't help me out. I might call if I can pump the water out myself.

We have always been pleased with Sinclair! They have awesome customer service. They are always on time and very professional and they do an excellent job. We have had one HVAC system replaced by them and two water heaters. (We have two in the house.). We knew when we bought this house it would need these things and after using several different company's for our service needs we found them a few years ago and now they are all we use!

The price to install two bathroom faucets was outrageous! I was offended at the the quote of $720! I had even purchased the faucets. After refusing to pay that amount, they came back with a cost of a little over $500! I refused to let them do the work and price gouge me. I do have to say the technicians were very friendly and understanding.

My husband and I were told that our AC was broken. We had several companies come out and give us estimates for a new one; Sinclair was the 5th company to come out. Mike Morin was the ONLY ONE to actually look to see if it was broken or not, it wasn't. Mike fixed our AC and gave us an estimate for a new one (ours is still very old and we know that we need a new one soon). He was able to work out a great deal for us. Mike was extremely professional the whole time he was here. He also, explained things to us and was very informative. We are very pleased with the work from Mike.

Had Sinclair come out on service call for problem with Best Buy installation. They tightened the faucet and said everything is ok. A week later it started to leak again. Poor workmanship.

Absolutely terrible customer service.
The receptionist went totally against what the instructions set up by the home owner to contact me for proposals. She was EXTREMELY incompetent and spent a week trying to contact him and he didn't answer because he is extremely busy. Only after a week did she reach out to me, late on a Friday afternoon. There was a reason why he had instructed them to go through me.
After I told her on the phone to go through me she got extremely rude and said that they would keep on contacting him. I understand to sign forms but this is just for proposals that I would be showing him.
Absolutely terrible.

Came out to service the a/c in my son's house. We knew it was on its last leg. We agreed it was time for a new system. Three days later it was installed, at a price considerably less than a previous estimate. Professional and cleaned up after themselves! Great job at a fair price!

They do a great job, our LandLord has a service contract where they come out at the beginning of summer and at the beginning of Winter and check, clean and service the units. This last summer we had a condenser fan motor go out and they had the motor replaced and running in about 2 hours after I called it in.
