I'd give 5 stars, but the star of the company left! I had Brady come a few years ago after a pipe burst in our ceiling. He was very kind, and courteous and did great work! He got the job done quickly despite the obstacles that our 100 year old plumbing system presented. Recently another issue (unrelated) arose and I wanted Brady to come back for that repair as well. I ended up finding out he works for Hockers out of Depere. I will be using them from now on, as its not the company I value, its the plumber, and Brady is the best in town!

Do NOT use them. They didn't not want to provide a quote for a job under $1,000, but they thought it should be around $200 for the new fixture installation. The bill was $390 which included a service call for $50 even though their prior two jobs were in the same building. After they finished the job and left we went to to check out the work. The tub faucet was literally loose and water from the shower ran into the wall around the faucet. We caught them in the driveway & the guy said that's just how it is. I reminded them that the old faucet was firmly in place before they started. We also realized that the shower fixture is also loose. To fix it, they took a part off the old faucet fixture and attached it to the new one. The shower, they just applied tons of caulk. I wish I would have left my old fixtures in place. At least I didn't have to worry about water running into my lower neighbors unit. Expensive and poor quality. Pick a different plumber.

Called because we bought previous water heater from. Told us they would honor warranty and would just have to pay labor. After they installed called us next day and told us they couldnt honor warranty and we owe them 1350 instead of 3oo...very poor!!!
