SDAC was great from start to finish!
Our 20-year-old unit it was time to replace it and get something efficient and affordable that's going to last us for years that's why we decide to go with Bryant evolution system.
We had some hiccups with the software on the thermostat which was not their issue it was Bryant's issue of sending the software update out, that has all been corrected and everything is working perfectly.
Here are photos of the installation done very professionally definitely recommend SDAC for anyone that is planning on upgrading your AC that wants more efficiency and a considerable reduced rate on your electric bill. Even if you don't have AC now I would highly recommend this system for a home in Southern California or anywhere.

I had a whole ac system replacement done, after getting 4 different quotes I contacted SDAC and they were very affordable with the quote they gave me. They showed up on time, and they are very professional and experienced. We could not be more happy with the service, install, price, and professionalism these guys provided us with. My original AC company I always used went out of business, so I turned to Yelp to find a new company. The reviews for this company on Yelp & google made me feel like they will be honest, fair & professional. So happy I took a chance on them! They had someone out the very next day. $79 for inspection/diagnostic & essentially waived if you move forward with fixing the problem with them. Eric was our tech. (Would request him again if need be) he was professional, efficient, kind, & did a great job communicating the issue with our AC.

My AC completely stopped working. I was worried I'd need to replace the entire system but luckily enough it is a common fix. I'll have my AC back up & running by today for a very reasonable price! Couldn't recommend enough!

UPDATED REVIEW:
The owner personally called me and was authentic in her apology. She sent a technician out immediately (after hours) and he fixed the issue.

Major props to this company for admitting their faults, having the balls to call me directly, and solving the issue so quickly.

Long story short:
AC not working. Made appointment. Service call was today between 12pm-3pm.

- at 1:45pm we checked in asking what their ETA is. ""he's on his way from Lakeside"" - ok great. That's 10 minutes from us.
- at 2:45pm with a no-show from this guy, we called again. ""He's close by"" is what they said.
- 3:06pm I called again and they said ""he's on his way"" - this time I called their bullshit. So they placed me on hold to call the tech directly. Was on hold for 8 minutes and THEY HUNG UP!

I called back. They gave me a different person on the phone and another excuse.

No no no. You don't understand, I've been waiting at my house for multiple hours when the inside of my house is 86 degrees and I need to know when this tech is going to arrive. ... they told me they would call back once they got in touch with the tech.

3:43pm - they called and said THEY NEVER HAD ANYBODY COMING! WHAAAATTT!!!! WTF???? Apologetic (which means absolutely nothing) they were giving us updates that weren't even TRUE! They straight out LIED TO US! All day, they lied to us!!!!!!

ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Obviously I'm so irate over the operation of this company and their lack of disrespect for my time. Oh and that customer service they brag about - it's all bullshit. These 5 star ratings are all bullshit!

Michael and his team were super responsive and professional with my AC installation. They even followed up to see when was a good time to come back & plug it into our new electrical setup. Very rare to have a company following up with you to see when they can finish. Huge yes!

My ac stopped working today. I called SDAC and they got someone out same day! Eric Garcia came and fixed my ac and changed my filter for a great price! It was really hot today and I so appreciate the quick work to fix it. Eric was on time courteous, and awesome. He even had shoe covers to wear in the house! 5 stars! I would give more if I could.

I have a very old a/c unit and have had issues since I purchased my home last year. The air is cold but it does not drop the temperature of the house too much. SDAC responded immediately after I requested quotes through yelp. The price quote was great for the inspection ($79). What I did not expect to get was the outstanding service provided by Erick Montes. WOW! I really wish more people provided the exceptional service he provided today. Erick arrived early, inspected the a/c and jumped right into cleaning the unit. He took the unit apart and cleaned everything you could see as well as changed the filter/re-wrapped some insulation, etc. He spent 2 full hours cleaning the a/c unit and making sure everything was in working order. I have never experienced such great customer service and I appreciate him and the time he took to ensure I was a happy.. and return customer. I will.... without a doubt call SDAC in the future for any and all a/c/ furnace issues I have. Give Erick a raise! He deserves it! Thank you for providing honest, great service.

We had our 25 year old unit go out and SDAC was able to come out quickly and gave a reasonable estimate. Erick the service technician was awesome and he fixed the problem quickly and made sure we would be set for the upcoming heat wave. Highly recommend!
