SDAC provided me a quote to replace my 10 year old packaged HVAC unit with a new heat pump. Their price was the lowest so I had them do the work.

They showed up on time, removed the old unit, installed the new one using a crane and tested everything out before leaving to make sure it was working.

They are now working on scheduling the final inspections (fingers crossed).

After my HVAC stopped blowing cold air a couple of months ago, I contacted SDAC. They sent a technician the next morning. He figured out what needed replacement, had the part on his truck, and the whole thing was finished in a matter of an hour. The technician was very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. I can't say enough about this company. I feel like I was lucky to have been recommended these guys by my realtor. I had just recently purchased a new home and needed to replace the heat pump and redo the HVAC in the attic. Sergiy has made an enormous effort and stuck around for all of my relentless questions. I am an engineer, so it was a no brainer for me to go ahead and ask all the questions I felt I needed answers for. As soon as I realized that these guys knew what they were talking about/doing, I felt as comfortable as one can imagine having them quote the work and perfoming it. And they did. Lead installer Peter and his entire crew did a fantastic job exceeding my expectations. And the expectations had were high. This review is just for the free diagnostic that was done by Dima as I found a cheaper solution than the one quoted. Dima was friendly, quickly diagnosed and explained the problem showing a video recording on his phone and offered options to resolve. No sales pressure.

As a separate recommendation, if you know which part of your HVAC system is broken (e.g. control board), check to see if you can buy it online and find someone that will install for a fixed price - saved me hundreds $.
