We had flood issue in our condos basement and we needed help immediately. We called them and made appointment. $65 for visiting to see the problem is quite high, but if we decide to work with them $65 is refunded. Well.. there was no choice. We called 2 plumber before we found Sina and we could not get appointment with them so quick.
Their service was good. The guy named Kevin came to our place and took care of our problem. He also explained to us about problem very clearly and it was helpful.

Contracted with Sina to repair broken underground pipe and install new sump and sump pump. Was told at time of estimate that I needed a 3/4 hp ejector pump ($480 cost) with 2"" port. Then was told that they would not even start job until I paid in full (sorry, but I did). On second day of the job, was told that instead of the ejector pump, I only needed a sump pump. I approved change, but noted that the new pump was only 1/3 hp and had only a 1 1.2"" port. I have had no success in getting the price difference between the two (about $240). They have offered me $100, and I have refused. They refuse to give me the difference in pump prices as shows in the Granger catalogue. Do not use this company and do not pay in advance for services.

TERRIBLE! I called up, and asked how much would it cost to have a camera put down my sewer line, as I have a clog. She told me she would not quote me a price, but the technician could. Then she asked me my address. I asked if there is a charge to have a service man come to my house, so he can tell me how much it will cost to have a camera put down my sewer line. She said $65, and needed to know my address! So I asked, you charge $65 to tell customers how much your services cost? She hung up on me.
