Was able to get a quick appointment to deal with a noisy toilet. The plumber, Tony, diagnosed the problem in no time and was able to resolve the issue. Tony was very personable, knowledgeable, and respectful, and inquired if we were eligible for a senior discount (which we were). I have dealt with Sin City Plumbing in the past, and would definitely call them again when the need arises. And I would ask if Tony were available to make the service call.

Awful service. Today is the 3rd time this month I have to call them to fix the same exact problem. Also, I have found out that they have consistently refused to use all of their available resources to fully fix my clogged pipes problem (probably so I have to keep paying them to come back). I do not recommend this service and I hope you dodge this bullet.

They quoted $95 an hour and $110 total. It took him 15 minutes and they charged me $115. I thought they were pricey for a broken toilet handle and flapper.

These guys are truly genuine. Honest, they helped us in our water main leak. We had just finished grass to zero scape conversions when Water Co. Noticed a continuous leak. One day later the leak was repaired. Friendly, gave us several options. Will keep them around for other needs.

I have had them out for all of my plumbing issues and these guys are top notch. Quick service, excellent results, professional, funny, great customer service, and most of all their work is excellent. They always arrive on time, they always call before showing up. I have never had a bad experience with them. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

In fact... I called them to install my new dishwasher. The technician came out and installed it, THEN he hooked up the water to our new refrigerator for the icemaker free of charge, because ""it only takes a second and it's no big deal."" unless they do something totally heinous, I will never use a different plumbing and maintenance service. These guys are the best.
