I never want to leave a bad comment especially on a person running a small business. Mike was a nice guy when talking to him. He also sounded very eager to take on my project at home of hanging a security camera over my garage. I like that because as a business owner myself, I respect the hunger.

However, he scheduled a day to come over which he did not come nor did he notify me in advance. He rescheduled with me and came 3-4 hours late. Then when the job was ""done"" late at night, he left and all was good. But when I took a look at it in the morning I sent him pictures of needing to hide the exposed wires. He argued about why he did it the way it was but I complained until he said he would fix it.

Did he fix it? No. I messaged him a month later and he never responded.

Needed a new garage door opener installed in my crowded garage. Mike repsonded quickly to my request via text and we set a date sooner than later. He arrived on time, worked in a crowded space and did the full replacement same day. Fixed up some of the sloppy setup from previous install and had it working like a charm. This is the third time I have used Simsers Handy Services and service was exemplary as usual. Great service, excellent knowledge, easy to work with, this is my go-to handyman service.

He replaced my garage door opener and fixed some of the sloppy wiring we had around it. I will stick with his services. This was the second time I requested a service from him.
