I broke my kitchen garbage disposal and needed a replacement. Sims sent two plumbers the next day who took care of it in short time. Very pleasant guys as well. They are quick, they are efficient, they know what they are doing, and they are just good people. I recommend this outfit for plumbing.

Darrell and his team are the gold standard in my eyes. They are professional, transparent, and, most importantly, they will work with you in all three stages of the service call, starting with clearly outlining the problem, going through various options, and lastly, being willing to work with you if unforeseen issues arise. This is a company I highly recommend to anyone getting (for me ) plumbing services done, but I am sure the electrical side is handled with the same level of professionalism. Sims and Sons made a difficult situation for me easier to handle; This company is definitely on my speed dial.

The service was wonderful however I was over charged for services that were not needed. I knew what the issue was, and they still chose to look at my tub last which was the cause of the power surge. I was charged for the opening and closing of 7 outlets that had nothing to do with the issue when the smoke came out of the tub. At the end of the day, my tub is disconnected, my circuit breakers (that had unknown water damage) was replaced, and 7!!!""receptacles and trim plates"" were taken off and put back on.

*I did update this review from a 3 to a 5 because they did reach out to me and adjust the over charge. They truly are a great company.

Called their main line- left a message. Received a text since it was a Sunday and was able to set up an appointment.
They texted to confirm the day before and gave us a time window.

They showed up early and asked if they should wait to come in. Very polite.

They came in and got straight to work. Fixed our wires in our junction box, hung a new light, new dimmer and made sure the breaker wasn't being tripped by the wires that were in the junction box.
420 was the total price.

They were quick and didn't leave a trace that they had been there except the new fixture. Will use them again when we are ready for more work to be done.

I was in search of someone to help with a EV charging setup in my garage. After a friend installed an outlet I wanted to have peace of mind in double checking. Daryl the owner and his brother came out for an estimate and ended up just taking the time to fix it right there on the spot. They were friendly, informative and took the time impromptu to make sure I had a solution right then and there. Everything has been working great since and I will highly recommend.

I own some old properties that have had questionable configurations of the electrical infrastructure over the years by previous owners. So when I need work done, I know it's going to be complicated and will likely provide some surprises. Darrell's technician worked his way through it all and, despite the extra time involved, they provided everything at a very reasonable price. It's clear to me this is a company that wants my future business and is willing to go the extra mile to get it. And they will!

Circuit breaker had issue. Called Darrell and he had guys out right away. Anel, Christian, Graham, and Romero were out and identified the problem and had it fixed right away. Price was on point and would definitely contact them again for any electrical needs!
