Simrel's Plumbing was sent out by Choice Home Warranty and arrived promptly. They repaired my leaky bathroom sink and fixed my wobbly kitchen faucet in record time. They were courteous and did a great job. I was very pleasantly surprised because I had read some reviews indicating the opposite. I would definitely use them again. Thanks for a great job!

This is the worst company ever do not ever use them they came to my house to fix my water heater were there for 10 mins and ever since they left my lights have been tripping and no power in my bedrooms. And all lights in the house keep going off, and they are very rude, called them to tell them what issue happened since they left they lied and said they never went to my electrical box and how dumb are they, my daughter showed them where it was and I was on the phone and I have cameras all around my property and they were clearly on it in the electrical box and how did you claim to fix anything if you never turned the breaker off. Avoid this company at all costs. They have an F rating on the Better Business Bureau my home warranty company should be ashamed to even have them on their contractor list. They need to have a 0 star rating they shouldn't even get rated bc 1 star is far from what they deserve.

Upon arrival, the Technician was responsive, friendly yet professional in addressing the problem with my Disposal. In mere minutes he had satisfactorily completed the service, presented the bill and was gone! A wonderful experience - thank you. This company has been to my home twice to fix a running toilet through our warranty company. The first time they fixed it they fixed the toilet but left an mess all over my bathroom floor. I had to sweep mop and clean the outside of my toilet where they had dirt and mud and whatever else they were working with smeared on it. The second time they came out for the same issue about a year later and they fixed the problem but about 10-15 minutes after they left I go into the bathroom and water is all over the floor. The toilet tank was cracked. I called the technician that came out and he was like ohhh I will see if I can get it replaced, I'm like ok everybody makes mistakes no problem, he says he will
Call me back and never called back. I called the company number and was told they said it was cracked I would have to pay 280. I'm like my toilet was not cracked before they came out and now I'm gonna have to pay for the mistake they made that isn't right. Needless to say they never offered to take care of the issue unless we paid them for it and I did not want them to come back only to break something else or leave another mess. I will not line using them again and we let our home warranty company know how bad our experience was and they should not be sending them to our home for repairs anymore. His company takes no responsibility for anything that may be caused by them. Letting this company work on your plumbing problems could cost you a lot of your hard earned money.

Travis the technician did an excellent job. But the owner/ dispatcher his customer service is terrible. He lied about my appointment. He said I was on the schedule I talk with him 1 day before plus my home warranty company emailed me too. Had me waiting for over 6 hr then he rescheduled to next day. then cancel again. Very rude man. Do not use this service. Listen do not call them. Owner doesn't care.

I absolutely do not recommend Simrel's Plumbing. My upstairs toilet needed repair. The first crew that was sent installed the new part incorrectly causing a leak. Overnight yellow water dripped down through the light in my kitchen island (approximately 5 bowls worth). A second crew was sent out and verified that the installation was incorrect. They promised to speak to the owner about repainting my kitchen ceiling. After receiving no follow up call, I reached out to the owner and was rudely informed that his staff should have never promised any repairs. He agreed to send the original crew out to take pictures. I work from home and never received a phone call or visit. The next day I found a business card on my front porch. After repeated attempts to call, I have not even received an acknowledgement of any kind.

If you have a choice, do not use Simrel Plumbing!! I was forced to use them through my home warranty company and it's the worst thing that could have happened.

They arrived to my house to fix a shower mixing value (what makes the water hot and cold) and told me they don't have the part in stock and that they would need to put in a request with the home warranty company to get the part. I said no problem, let me know when you get it... it's been a month and they still haven't sent in the report requesting the piece to fix the shower.

I've called them 7 or 8 times following up on the status and they either act like they don't remember even coming to my house or they say they can't put in the request for the piece until they ""talk to their secretary.""

Now I'm going to have to hire/pay a real plumber to do the work instead of only spending $100 for my warranty deductible (which I foolishly paid upfront when Simrel came out to look at the shower) What a freaking scam of a company.

Wish I could give zero stars... one star is too nice with the level of frustration Simrel has put me through.

This is now our second experience with Simrel and both were equally great. They are all such nice guys. Came out the first time to install a new garbage disposal and today they came to fix a toilet leak. They even went above and beyond and replaced my broken toilet handle. My cats enjoyed all of the love and attention they got from them as well. I would definitely recommend them for any job! I found them through my home warranty company but will never request anyone but them in the future.
