Our company began as Ed's Sanitation, founded by Edgar Simpson in 1972. Our roots lie in commercial waste disposal and septic tank pumping. In 1982, we rebranded to Simpson's Plumbing & Septic Tank Service, adding septic system installations and plumbing for both residential and commercial needs. The installation and plumbing work is managed by our licensed plumber, Michael Simpson.
The owner, Barbara Simpson, is Michael's mother and the daughter-in-law of Ed Simpson. Barbara has in-depth knowledge of all types of septic systems, such as sand filtered, LDP, LPP, and conventional 25% reduction EPS systems. She is always willing to help fellow installers navigate permits they may not recognize. We are a family-run business dedicated to offering high-quality service for plumbing and septic tasks.

Wtc D.Simpson plumbing is a family business, that in my case came out to pump my septic tank. From the time I called to request pricing and again to schedule, as well as the actual pumping of my tank was a wonderful experience. There's nothing glamorous about having your septic pumped at 10 AM, however Andrew and Chuck were very friendly, very fast and weren't afraid to actually talk to us and communicate with us like human beings. Andrew went above and beyond in answering my many questions as well as taking the time to explain a particular part to me for a plumbing issue so that I could understand what was happening. If you need plumbing or septic related work please consider this wonderful company.

We have also used the plumbers before who were very friendly and efficient as well. Would recommend this company to anyone for plumbing or septic services.
Brian L.Do not deal with these people. We were customers they will never get any more business from us. We needed them to come out and measure for a refinance all we needed was official measurements for well and septic they were here maybe ten minutes they knew where are stuff was located already they did previous work here. They charged us $275.00 dollars for this. We contacted them to see if this was a mistake they will not respond. If they treat previous customers this way how will they treat you?
