Too good to be true!!! These guys are amazing from the receptionist who initially took my call to the technicians (Nate and Ronald) who came to do the work. Some really cool dudes, did the work with ease! Very professional and polite! I will definitely do more business with this company in the future! Highly recommended!

Can't say enough good things about Simpson plumbing. The first time they came and fixed my sink they fixed it immediately and professionally. After several months we noticed something wrong with the pipes and Brandon came a day after I called him to fix the problem for no charge! Definitely a company that stands behinds their work. This is the best company to choose for your plumbing needs.

Brandon came to my house in January/February of 2016 after being called by our landloard because of a clogged drain, he ended up having to run new pipes. He was professional and on time. I loved that him and his employee were careful about leaving baby gates, doors, child locks on our cabinets open as I did have 2 small children at home while he worked. I can not speak about his prices/rates because our landloard paid him, but I would definitely recommend him and his team.

We are landscape contractors and hired Simpson Plumbing to install a gas line from the house, out to a fire pit (for a client). Patricia, in the office, was very polite and helpful in setting up appointments (and following up on a few questions we had regarding permits). Nate was great! And so was Brandon. They are an extremely honest and hard-working group, and they really do want to do a good job and make people happy. Brandon went out of his way to help us deal with an inspection situation, and even called the inspector on our behalf (along with making a trip down to the City of Tracy to try and resolve it). I can't say enough about how hard it is to find companies like this, who just want to do the right thing for their customers! We will continue to work with them, and recommend them to all of our clients!

This company has been so honest with us. We have called them on two separate occasions and in both cases we were not charged. The first was for a second opinion and they felt no additional work was needed. The second occasion was for a possible leak behind our washing machine. Their two plumbers were at our home for about 45 mins. They concluded that the leak was a problem with our drip system for the front yard and suggested we contact our landscaper. I've hired Simpson plumbing for two different jobs with two completely different scenarios. Both times the receptionist has been great with scheduling and calling to confirm the day before. Both times employees showed up around the early end of the time window which was also great.

The first time the plumber had to work over other contractors, but I had scheduled people accordingly to minimize the impact. The employee did a great job communicating with the other contractors when he would need to shut water off since other contractors would need it for certain task. This was appreciated by everybody on site. We were simply replacing a shutoff valve that was leaking and outdated. Once on site I added two more similar jobs and they were able to take on the work no problem. All work was completed in a timely manner and professionally.

The reason I only give four stars is because of the second time I had Simpson out. This time was to replace and upgrade a shower fixture. This was going to require cutting into piping and welding. The technician was very outgoing and informative on what he would need to do. I was looking at upgrading both showers and the employee quoted me for the work. I gave him the go ahead to start working and he said that he would have to call the boss to ensure they had enough time. After coming back inside, the price had changed and was increased by $200. I held off and only did the master bedroom. During the work and conversation I had found out the guy from job #1 had been fired, so that was a bummer. After completion and leaving, I noticed that the work area wasn't cleaned the greatest. There was a box of old parts which was fine since I may have wanted to keep them, but there was also trash in the box. The top of the window sill also had pieces of cut piping left on it.

Simpson does good work and I may use them again in the future. I'm just unsure about their pricing since I haven't compared to other companies. I feel like the price is made as they go and there is not set cost. This makes it hard for me to trust a company.

Brandon and his crew are the very best! They have helped us many times in a pinch, and they are always fair with pricing. They always underprice and over deliver. We can't recommend them enough for anyone who lives in the Tracy and surrounding areas!
