I am so impressed because the technician was in and out and pricing was very reasonable. I needed water softener I bought installed for my house. I have called several plumbers for this and none of them came even close to pricing wise!

The only ""complaint"" I have is that Sometimes it took a little longer to hear back. Brandon apologized and let me know that the office was short staffed lately but that everything should be back to its speed once they hire more help.

Work wise, someone came out the same day when I called and sent me an estimate. Once the invoice was approved, I was able to get the appointment for the next day and everything was nicely done! By far, this was the most hassle free ""contractor"" job I have hired.

Consistently superb service!

We awoke on a Sunday to no water in our entire home so put in a call to Simpson, a company we had used in the past.
They were able to squeeze us in on Monday and Taylor worked diligently and quickly to determine and remedy the issue. Not only did he replace some old pipes but he promised not to leave 'until we could take a shower'- and he kept that promise. He cleaned out every input into the house as well as our outdoor hose connections, since they had also been clogged with resin from our blown water softener.

Cannot recommend this company enough!

Called Simpson Plumbing to replace a washing machine outlet box, and a different piping problem. Tayler McBride came out and fixed both problems, but he didn't just fix them - he fixed them right. In one case there were two solutions, one a patch and one a fix. He fixed it. He is results oriented, which I appreciate. Thank you.

Nate from Simpson came out to swap out our water valves when we were updating our master bath. He also gave us a great resource on finding replacements for our hard to fit basins. Brandon came out to switch out our gas shut off valves when we were upgrading our dryer and took a look at a problem in our Master bathroom shower. Gave us a cost effective suggestion for a simple drip. And Simpson also came out when our main shut off valve in front would not shut off!!! All three times they have been quick, great and good guys! Would highly recommend Simpson.

We had a clogged up sink and a toilet that was leaking water out the back. Simpson Plumbing come out and they fixed the sink that day and gave us a few estimates for the toilet.

Logan installed our toilet this morning and he was fast, efficient and courteous.

Their estimate system is extremely convenient, they sent the quotes via email where you can accept them there and Simpson reached out again to schedule a date.

I really appreciate their communication, we received text messages when our plumber was on the way as well as email notifications.

Though we don't hope to have any plumbing issues in the future, if we did we will definitely use Simpson Plumbing :)

This is about a water heater Simpson Plumbing install for me a few years ago. I noticed that some of the joints were corroding very badly. I had my current plumber come out and take a look. Apparently the Simpson plumber had connect galvanized metal fittings with copper fittings. This apparently is a bad idea because it causes the corrosion I was seeing. When Simpson install the water heater originally they did an ok job but were unable to get the re circulation pump to work correctly. So after numerous tries I had to hire someone else to complete the job.

To be fair this was a number of years ago, 4 or so, and they may be much better now. But, that was my experience and my recent call to get this fixed I thought justified me writing this review.

We spoke to the dispatch girl about not being charged a diagnostic fee she asked to send me a picture of the shower we needed fix. The technician showed up first thing out of his mouth was $115 diagnostic fee!!
""UPDATE"" 30min after leaving my house they called me back explaining and apologizing for the miscommunication with dispatch. They came right back out the next day repaired my shower and went out of there way to pick up a part I was missing!! All businesses make mistakes but very few work to remedy the situation. I find that more impressive then being here on time so 1 start to 5 !

Called in the morning 8:20am to help me repair a water heater that was 8+ years old. Scheduled a visit with me for same day with text alerts, which was awesome!!! Then they called me early to ask if they could get to my place sooner, which was nice. After looking at the water heater and age, gave me options and costs. After a quick Q&A with the repair professional, decided to purchase a new Water Heater. They pushed their team get me the water heater same day from their distributor and by 3pm that afternoon, I had hot water! They were pleasant and professional. Love these guys! FYI - I found these guys with a google search and yelp and I called them because of their reviews!

I found Simpson Plumbing very professional in how they handled my request. They were not able to address my issue ASAP, however they did give me an appointment couple of days later. Since I managed to get the issue addressed through another plumber, I called and cancelled the appointment and they promptly took care of cancellation and texted a confirmation. I will certainly consider them for my future needs.
