I've used Simpson Plumbing for 4 jobs. The first job was to replace a broken shower valve. I got a few quotes from other plumbers but Brandon's price was the most reasonable. He was on time and got the job done fast including stepping out to get a part. The most recent job was to replace my broken water heater. Even though he was already fully booked for other jobs at the time, he made the call for me and was able to secure a new water heater. He also found out the water heater was still under warranty so I only ended up paying for installation and the mandatory upgrade fee. He did excellent work for all 4 jobs. I would highly recommend Brandon to anyone - professional, knowledgeable, honest, great service.

Outstanding service and excellent job! Called Brandon for a quote and he was able to help a lot over the phone and was even able to come out that same day. After some tinkering, he figured out the problem (hot water issue in the master bedroom shower) and fixed it for a fraction of what other companies were gonna charge. Mr. Simpson of Simpson plumbing repaired the line that went from our dish washer to the drain. When the garbage disposal was installed the guy did not remove the plug and the water was coming out of the air vent.
Mr. Simpson knew right away what was wrong. This guy is clean cut and a pleasure to work with. We would recommend him to any one needing a plumber. His price was more than fair. We will use him again if needed

We had a leaking water heater that flooded the garage a late Friday night. We called Brandon Saturday morning and he and Ryan were able to come by before a previously scheduled job to give us an estimate and help us shut off the water to it. They tied it off so that we could have water for the rest of the day until they could return later in the afternoon to replace the water heater. While they were there, we asked him to look at a leaky bathroom faucet and he was able to give us options to resolve it and we wound up having him replace that as well. Brandon and Ryan were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Replacing the water heater and faucet took awhile but they were patient and had a great temperament. They took real pride in their work. We plan on calling them back for future work.

I used Yelp to help me find a reputable plumber in the area. I chose Simpson Plumbing after reading thru the many positive reviews posted by their customers. I could not be more pleased with the service and work from Simpson Plumbing. My water heater stopped working (not a pilot light problem) and we had no hot water for about a week. I called Simpson Plumbing mid-day and explained the problem. After some over-the-phone diagnostics, I was given a firm quote and they were at my house at 4pm. They replaced the failed part and we had hot water that day! Bravo to Simpson Plumbing for knowing a company is successful by taking care of their customers. I will use them again.

Called Brandon on Friday morning with a toilet repair in my rental home which was scheduled for a next day tenant walk-through. He made adjustments to his already full work day, and made 2 repairs (shower/toilet) that afternoon! Brandon is truly ""on your side"" with excellent customer service, and plumbing expertise. I hired him to replace the kitchen faucet, and disposal in the next few days. :-)

Called yesterday morning for a next week appt. The person that took my call said she would get back to me as the schedule was not firm. I called again this morning but the schedule was still not firm and I would be looking at a week after next at best. Customer service is everything when we have choices. I understand busy but call back and offer a recommendation. My initial experience was great in 2015 and exceeded all expectations.

Great experience with Simpson Plumbing. Brandon is the only one give me a fix price ($110) over the phone. One of 3 companies, I called. Brandonis the only one give 2 year warranty. The initial quote was $110, once Brandon saw the issue, he gave me two options, one is to fix it (cost $65), another option is to replace it (cost $110). He explained the I do not need to replace it and fix it would save me money. Thank you Brandon!
