Just had great experience with Simpson Plumbing to diagnose the root cause of water leak issue. Their appointment scheduling and follow up services are excellent. Nate is very professional and friendly, he was patient to answer my questions and explained why he would do it.
I am grateful to learn the technical inputs and also allow me to participate into the troubleshooting discussion and decision make. Glad to meet business owner Brandon who helped install the water heater. I am very satisfied with their work, they are productive, knowledgeable and honest to customers, I would strongly recommend their service to others.

I just had the gentlemen from Simpson Plumbing here to replace my kitchen sink faucet. He was fabulous!! Very professional! Pricing was very reasonable. I also liked the way I could go online and schedule my own appointment. I would absolutely call them again.

From all the positive reviews it's probably a good company but I did not get a chance to hire. A guy came out to give me a quote on a tankless water heater.
He said he would email me the quote but never heard from him again. I waited 3 days and nothing.

UPDATE: Simpson contacted me to say that there was a quote but for some reason I did not get it. They gave me $90.00 credit for future business. The quote by the way was fair. If I had received it I would have hired them.

John was on time and repaired the leak efficiently. He came back later in the afternoon to check the repair and restore the water service. I did think they were a bit expensive for the amount of work required.

We had a broken hot water line under the slab foundation and contacted Simpson Plumbing. Communication with their office was very easy using the online appointment system, phone, and email. Nate and Mario arrived on time to start the job, found the leak, and sleeved the copper line with Pex pipe. They made as few wall cuts as needed to get the job done and left the house and garage quite clean. We feel that Simpson gave us a fair price and excellent service and we would certainly use them again.

Hands down the best in the business. I had all the angle stop valves in my house replaced and Nate did an outstanding job. The entire process from quote to completion was handled quickly, efficiently and at a great price. The quality of work and materials were excellent and I won't use anyone else going forward. Eddie came to my house to replace some pipe under the kitchen sink and clear the drain....provided excellent service, very knowledgeable and professional, wore boot protectors each time he came back inside and was very respectful....will reccommend Simpson plumbing to friends and family, great job Eddie!
