10 stars!!! From the staff at the office to technicians that installed our toilets it was gold star service. The owner is a genuine guy and his employees are excellent. We had 3 toilets installed. It took about an hour. Work was clean and the guys left everything clean. They are knowledgable and easy to going which made my first toilet install experience headache free.
Will use them for all our plumbing needs.
Do not bother calling anyone else. I had another plumber lined up but he could not even commit. Simpson plumbing is the best. Fair prices and professional work.

Had a leaky toilet and another one which was running. I hesitated calling a plumber because I was worried it was going to cost me an arm and a leg. Patricia was very sweet and patient explaining everything and since I was in the service area, said I could get a free estimate and go from there. Simpsons plumbing came out quickly, quoted me what I deemed was a very fair price, and got the work done quickly and efficiently. Nate was extremely professional, and worked hard to fix everything to perfection in record time (I had to get to work) and now they are my go-to for any plumbing issues around my house. Don't forget to tip your plumber, they deserve it more than anyone to do the jobs you can't/won't do!

i had a wet front lawn from somewhere
these guys came out and checked my meter which was buried
and had to dug out. it was in so bad of shape it was unreadable
so since all my lines ( main) (sewer) and irrigation were all in the same area
it was decided to turn the irrigation off and just wait to see if it dried.if not
they would run a camera through the lines to find it. so far so good it looks like
my irrigation. they made this stop free of charge and called it an estimate.these
guys are awesome , very friendly , knowledgeable and ON TIME

First let me thank the Yelp community for their reviews. This is how I found Simpson Plumbing. I had a hot water leak beneath my slab , Brandon came out and detected the leak , he repaired the leak . I will tell you, the reviews here already tell you enough about Brandon and his talent as a plumber, it's all true. I also believe I have found a plumber for all my plumbing needs. Ladies and gentlemen, if you need a plumber and you make the call, you will be glad you did.

My last review was 10 months ago and it went with one star for not returning my call, 3 stars for finally calling back and offering a credit and 5 stars for doing an excellent job and acknowledging the credit.

I was not present while the work was being done but my husband said everything went smooth. The service call was for the kitchen sink. The pipe was leaking, toilet was loose, and install a new kitchen faucet. He found a leak behind the dishwasher and fixed it also. The diswasher had to be pulled out from under the counter. When I got home, husband was already gone, i went to unload the dishwasher and pulled the door down and heard a snap/pop. Doing an investigation it looked like the hinge busted. So i called the company and explained my concern. He was back the next day and fixed it. Whether he broke it or i broke it, he still came and fixed it without hesitation. Now i know who to call from now on.

Simpson Plumbing helped us install a new sink and garbage disposal, and we have called them for other plumbing issues that come up. Brandon, the owner, is always professional, honest, and fair. He explains everything he is going to do, the options, and purpose, and let's the homeowner make an educated decision. His knowledge and expertise is very much appreciated. I trust his judgment and will use him for any future plumbing needs.

Toilet was plugged.called Simpson because of high ratings.plumber came out and ran a short snake down toilet,when that didn't work he ran a 25 ft. Snake down shower drain,and that didn't work either.he told me he needed a longer snake to reach clogged line.he then informed me he would have to get a longer snake and come back for an additional $170.00. To use it.I told him no.so he charged me $95.00 for not fixing anything.called another plumber"" just Drains"" they came out.$70.00. Fixed it and told me if anything goes wrong for 30 day's no charge.
