From all the positive reviews it's probably a good company but I did not get a chance to hire. A guy came out to give me a quote on a tankless water heater.
He said he would email me the quote but never heard from him again. I waited 3 days and nothing.

UPDATE: Simpson contacted me to say that there was a quote but for some reason I did not get it. They gave me $90.00 credit for future business. The quote by the way was fair. If I had received it I would have hired them.

John was on time and repaired the leak efficiently. He came back later in the afternoon to check the repair and restore the water service. I did think they were a bit expensive for the amount of work required.

We had a broken hot water line under the slab foundation and contacted Simpson Plumbing. Communication with their office was very easy using the online appointment system, phone, and email. Nate and Mario arrived on time to start the job, found the leak, and sleeved the copper line with Pex pipe. They made as few wall cuts as needed to get the job done and left the house and garage quite clean. We feel that Simpson gave us a fair price and excellent service and we would certainly use them again.

Hands down the best in the business. I had all the angle stop valves in my house replaced and Nate did an outstanding job. The entire process from quote to completion was handled quickly, efficiently and at a great price. The quality of work and materials were excellent and I won't use anyone else going forward. I wish there were more businesses out there as great as this. Thank you!

Eddie came to my house to replace some pipe under the kitchen sink and clear the drain....provided excellent service, very knowledgeable and professional, wore boot protectors each time he came back inside and was very respectful....will reccommend Simpson plumbing to friends and family, great job Eddie!

We recently moved to a new place and needed the landlord to call a plumber to fix an issue with a backed up tub because of the kitchen sink. Thankfully she called this company. The called to set an appointment time and a confirmation to make sure we would be available.
Eddie was the plumber that came out. He very considerate to my 1yr daughter sleeping. He was very thorough and efficient! He worked effectively and took care of the issues and also mentioned his other concerns. We greatly appreciate his efforts for going above and beyond and knowledge on the issues. He will definitely be our go too guy through this company. I highly recommend them and because of his job well done I would give more than 5 stars if possible! Thank you again Eddie

I had a call back from Simpson Plumbing fairly quickly following my voice mail message that I had two distinct plumbing problems. Stacy set me up with an appointment for that very day. At the appointment time I had an email stating that Eddie was on the way. Eddie arrived, sized up my problems, and gave me a quote to do the work right then. I felt the price of the repairs, replacing a leaking water main at the house and replacing a leaking valve under a bathroom sink, were reasonable. Eddie set to work and within 30 minutes had removed the water main valve and had the new valve in place along with a tee and valve for my sprinklers. I watched the entire time and was amazed at his skill. He next moved into the house to deal with the leaking valve under the sink. This turned out to be more difficult since the cabinet maker who installed the bathroom cabinet and sink 35 years ago had placed the cabinet right over the valve, then notched out the cabinet to fit around the valve. Eddie welded an elbow to the pipe which now brought the valve out from under the cabinet support and fully into the space under the sink. Once again I was amazed to see how expertly he did the work. I have high praise for Simpson Plumbing, and for Eddie. I checked the plumbing work again today and find no leaks, and no surprises. I'll definitely call upon Simpson Plumbing again whenever I have plumbing needs.
