It takes a lot for me to write a bad review. Absolutely do NOT use this company. I had some work done through my warranty company back in January 2019. They never submitted the claim but took the $100 deductible I paid. I have been fighting with my warranty company to cover the repair cost of the two holes in my ceiling from the plumbing fix because Jason from Simply Water Heaters never sent in the Service Report. I have called them several times a week and spoke with Erica who says they sent it but Jason refuses to call me back, give ME a copy of the service report, and no one can give me a better break down of the bill because I'm now totally skeptical and wondering if they over charged me and walked away from submitting it to the warranty company.

I am SO sick of calling and begging someone to help me here, all I'm asking is for some information and no one can be bothered.

First, I think this listing is confusing. To be clear, this review is for Simply Water Heaters in Fort Wayne, Indiana. It seems as though the other review is for a company in California.

We were hooked up with Simply Water Heaters thru our home warranty company. The only reason we did not give 5 stars is that it was initially very hard to get a call back. Once we did make contact, things went very well and they were much better with communications. I will chalk it up to the construction industry being very busy right now. Their plumbers very courteous, clean, knowledgeable, professional and they worked quickly. I would recommend them.

Horrible experience with Wayne not returning our phone calls after we paid $1,300 for a new water heater with a recirculating pump. After installation, Wayne promised us a refund of $300 because he didn't install recirculating pump but instead installed a pressure pump. We were not happy because that is not what we requested or paid for. Wayne has ignored our calls and as a result we are initiating a small claims suit. My family has never encountered such a dishonest man in business.
