We had a sewer line clog and then burst in our crawlspace in the basement. Nick and Tyler came out the very next day, repaired the pipe and installed a cleanout among the muck. They were prompt, polite and professional, they did a good job and showed respect for our home. I would recommend Simply Sewers for these reasons.

Having installed thousands of feet of this type of pipe myself, I think the charge for the repair seemed a little high, HOWEVER under the work conditions and circumstances... I am ok with paying a bit more.

Thank you guys, I will be calling you back if we have problems in the future.

After I was ghosted by the first company I scheduled with, I spoke with Nick at Simply Sewers and he had someone out to my home within the hour. Tyler was very proficient and did a dirty job with a high level of professionalism and respect for my home. This company is affordable and I fully support a family owned business! The tale of two plumbers: After having scheduled with RR and having them no show the first night and not showing up until after midnight the second; plus an outrageous estimate, I called Nick at Simply Sewers--what a difference hometown service makes. Nick promised me that they would show up, and indeed they did--on time. I want to highly recommend Tyler (Nick's brother) and their company, which saved me 400 dollars to do a clean out of basement sewage backup. I've had three different plumbs here before, and Tyler is the first to show me that we have a cleanout fitting on the other side of the wall. He was friendly, professional and efficient in his work. Also, he carefully explained the range of possibilities and he didn't appear to work on commission by selling us unnecessary services. These guys are great, and I can highly recommend them. Oh, I should note that they both live in the Foothill Green neighborhood.

First, their trip charge and diagnostic fee was half of any companies I spoke with by phone. My dishwasher was not draining. I had several different opinions, either is was pump on dishwasher or main drain issues developing. Nick of Simply Sewers was gracious when I called on a Saturday and spent a lengthy time by phone with me to narrow down the problem. Then he and associate came Monday morning promptly and addressed issue and determined it was not the main drain put an appliance issue. Nick even called his mom to get appliance guy referral. I would highly recommend. They were honest, professional, reasonable and did not try to sell me something I did not need.

We had a blockage in the line that backed water into the basement. They were able to come out in a matter of hours and quickly cleared the problem. The next day they ran a camera down the line and discovered where the roots are entering the Line. They made appropriate suggestions for both short term and permanent solutions. Their technicians were friendly and highly professional. We appreciate the service. As is typical for this line of work they offered additional services at premium prices but weren't pushy about doing so.

I am sure glad I didn't read the Yelp reviews for this company before I called them. On Google they were rated very high so I took a chance and it was the best call I ever made.

I moved into a house I purchased and 4 days after arriving I had raw sewage coming up in my bathtub and toilet. I called Simply Sewers and they were here within a matter of hours. Tyler and Jake spent hours with degreaser and root killer to get my system running again. They advised that they were unsure as to where the problem originated and suggested that they come back with a camera. When they came last week Nick who operates the camera found a major problem with the sewer line running under the house. There were major breaks in the line and deteriorated piping leaching sewage into the ground below.

Suffice it to say that I had 10 workers doing their absolute best to make the repairs and get me going again. In the end they had to open up 75' of my basement floor to do all the repairs needed. They were polite, courteous to me understanding the strain this was in a house I lived in less than a week and stayed until 7PM on a Friday to get the job done.

An insurance adjuster also came out during the project and remarked at what a great job they were doing and the adjuster concurred with all the necessary repairs.

Don't call this company if you are like the other people who posted and want something for nothing. These are highly competent technicians who know what they are doing. I never doubted their honesty, integrity and commitment to providing the best service possible.

I'll let you come to your own conclusions on this, and merely present the facts...
Simply Sewers came to my house to clear a slow running drain in my basement, not an emergency call, but scheduled several days after contacting them. I was present during most of the time they were working the clog, all but about 5 minutes to flush various toilets. They placed the drain snake down the clean-out and appeared to find and clear some obstruction about 30' down the pipe. Drains ran well after that point. After about 20 minutes of their labor, I was presented with the bill: $450. The charges included a $180 bottle of ""proprietary"" degreaser that I did not see applied into the drain, nor any evidence of alleged bottle. Additionally, a $60 service call charge, and $200 charge for snaking the drain. Now, 3 weeks later, the drain is plugged up again, and they do not warranty their workmanship for any period of time.
Personally, I feel robbed, and will not be doing business with this company again.

After a frustrating first call/service with Simply Sewer, Nick, the owner came out and made things right - I appreciated his integrity and commitment to making things right. He was also respectful and kind to his employee, which I always appreciate seeing in a boss. Would recommend.
