My shower drain was clogged and I found Simply Plumbing on Yelp and chose them due to the positive reviews.

Called and he was able to come out that morning. Fantastic! Very professional and fast. Plus reasonable. Love that!

if I ever need plumbing help again, I will not call anyone else!

I called Simply Plumbing based on the Yelp reviews. I certainly am glad I followed all the previous reviewers' words of advice. I understand that the owner's name is Mark, but it was one of his colleagues, also named Mark, who came to assist us this morning. He was wonderful. Mark is knowledgeable and honest. He knows his stuff. Within 45 minutes he had fixed a washer/dryer-related issue, an ongoing running toilet issue, and a problem with a bathroom sink. And I really appreciate how he explained the issues to me and helped me understand what was going on. DEFINITELY call Simply Plumbing!

I found Mark on yelp and the reviews are true. We had a cracked toilet tank and people coming in a few days. Mark got back to me the evening I called, and as you may know, getting someone to call you back is rare in the Tahoe area. Mark rescheduled another appointment and replaced one toilet, re-seated another and checked a couple of other things for us. Mark showed up on time, was friendly and informative, his work was great and the bill was very reasonable. Mark is now on my phone as the plumber for us.

I found Mark on yelp this morning. We are staying at a friend's house and I could not get the pilot light to stay lit on the water heater. I'm just handy enough to know that I couldn't fix it easily, so I called Marc. In about 2 minutes, I had texted him pictures and details of the unit. He said he would touch base after his last client-- same day, no problem. Without further prompting, he showed up, replaced the thermocouple, cleaned out the sediment from the water heater and was off in just at an hour. He had said it would take 15 minutes, but ended up having to go to town for the right part-- but only charged me for the one hour service call fee plus parts. I believe Marc should be your first and last call for plumbing services around Truckee-- he knew his stuff and was a total pro.

Mark is the best. He assessed a frozen pipe issue for us, and happened to notice a small gas leak at the water heater and fixed it immediately. He's coming back in Feb to re-route some pipes. He is courteous, professional, and very technically proficient. I would recommend him for any plumbing issue. And, he responds to his emails and keeps his customers up to date.

While staying at a friend's cabin, we had a clogged toilet that would not budge for nearly a day despite all our best efforts. I was referred to Mark of Simply Plumbing by a very experienced property manager in the Truckee area and am so pleased with the experience. I called him to deal with a stuck main shut-off valve in a new home purchase and he graciously and quickly made an appointment to fit my schedule. Upon meeting Mark, he was courteous and professional and gave me a fair range of price for the project given that he didn't know how long the job would take since the plumbing repair was mostly underground. Another local plumber simply gave me a set high price and didn't really explain what the work would entail. Mark, however, was very good at making sure I knew what was going on and the costs involved with the work. Fortunately the job ended up being pretty cut and dry, so I got the low end of the quote, but it was very good to know the worse-case-scenario price. His quick and efficient crew that came in was clean and friendly and he subbed out some of the manual labor so that I wasn't getting billed the whole time for a licensed plumber rate. I now have a working water shut-off valve and a great plumber and handyman contact. Do not hesitate to call Simply Plumbing!
