I learned of Tom Rowe at Simply Plumbing just when I had a slow water leak. I called Tom and when he came he took care of my issue very quickly and at a very affordable price. It was a treat to see a real professional at work - all the right tools and supplies. He is a really pleasant man who just wants to solve the problem - no upsells or other nonsense. He assured me that is I had any problem to just call him and he would come right over. He did such a good job, I don't think I will need to call him back. Tom was amazing! We were out of town when our water heater went out and a friend gave me his name and number. We called him on a Saturday and he went to our house within that hour to make sure everything was turned off properly so no water damage would occur. Monday he came and replaced everything. Had to call him back a week later for a minor issue and he responded so quickly. So easy to work with and a very pleasant guy.

I came across Tom (and his support, Andy) recently to tackle a leaking problem. Not an easy spot to locate the source, having spoken with a few, I had a good idea where the leak could be coming from. Before ending up with Tom, I'd had a few plumbers come over to take a look. They all wanted to turn this problem into a major tear up job in order to make sure it is fixed and the job warrantied. Needless to say, a big $ repair job. When Tom came, he listened to me, assessed the accuracy of my hunch, located the exact area, gave me a quote on the spot, including ground restoration. Agreed. He proceed with the job. Kept the job area clean. And in the end, did not charge me for Andy's support work. Tom is quick, efficient, communicative. I don't think people like him because he is inexpensive. Thought my fee was very reasonable, clear and upfront. People flock to Tom because of his approach to the work from beginning to end. I got my plumber. Now I need a similar electrician and handyman.

Had an issue with my Fossett Tom came out right away and fixed my problem. Also had a tankless water heater put in which works amazing. Tom was professional he was clean and was reasonable in price. I would recommend him to anyone.

Wow! It 's probably rare to be wowed by a plumber but I must say that Simply Plumbing was great! Tom returned my call promptly and let me know the status of where he was at during the day. Tom squeezed me in to an early evening appointment and I was SO thankful. I had a backed up disposal, full of water and he fixed it completely. I highly recommend Tom!

Tom Rowe, of Simply Plumbing, came out this morning and fixed a Moen faucet that wouldn't shut off. He explained what was going on and gave me advice on how to get replacement parts from Moen for free. The calcium in our north county is a huge problem...you will encounter this so keep his number on hand! 760-271-4925
