He won't push an unnecessary repair, and he knows exactly what he's doing so he doesn't waste any time - he fixes things quickly, but also thoroughly. He's has a loyal base of clients so he stays really busy, but last weekend my client called him and he showed up in less than 30 minutes! I can't say enough about Tom - he is the BEST!!!

I came across Tom (and his support, Andy) recently to tackle a leaking problem. Not an easy spot to locate the source, having spoken with a few, I had a good idea where the leak could be coming from. Before ending up with Tom, I'd had a few plumbers come over to take a look. They all wanted to turn this problem into a major tear up job in order to make sure it is fixed and the job warrantied. Needless to say, a big $ repair job. When Tom came, he listened to me, assessed the accuracy of my hunch, located the exact area, gave me a quote on the spot, including ground restoration. Agreed. He proceed with the job. Kept the job area clean. And in the end, did not charge me for Andy's support work. Tom is quick, efficient, communicative. I don't think people like him because he is inexpensive. Thought my fee was very reasonable, clear and upfront. People flock to Tom because of his approach to the work from beginning to end. I got my plumber. Now I need a similar electrician and handyman.

Had an issue with my Fossett Tom came out right away and fixed my problem. Also had a tankless water heater put in which works amazing. Tom was professional he was clean and was reasonable in price. I would recommend him to anyone.

Wow! It 's probably rare to be wowed by a plumber but I must say that Simply Plumbing was great! Tom returned my call promptly and let me know the status of where he was at during the day. Tom squeezed me in to an early evening appointment and I was SO thankful. I had a backed up disposal, full of water and he fixed it completely. I highly recommend Tom!

Tom Rowe, of Simply Plumbing, came out this morning and fixed a Moen faucet that wouldn't shut off. He explained what was going on and gave me advice on how to get replacement parts from Moen for free. The calcium in our north county is a huge problem...you will encounter this so keep his number on hand! 760-271-4925

Tom returned my call promptly and was able to fit in a visit to our house quickly. He was super easy to talk to and very personable. We needed some work done in our kitchen immediately, but have some renovations planned shortly. Tom could have easily charged us to do a bunch of work now and to redo some of the work later -- we wouldn't have known any better! But he made a suggestion that addressed our short-term needs and prevented duplicate work, saving us money. His rates are very reasonable and we'll DEFINITELY call him when we're ready for the remodel, and for any other plumbing issues for that matter! A good dude!
