Meant to give this business 5 stars years ago when they fixed a problem in our garage that had the water cut off to our house. They could have gauged us, but gave us their regular rate for the service plus replacement parts better than HD quality. Highly recommend this business and will definitely be calling them the next time

Tom is a nice guy, he not only fixed the leak in my tub that was dripping downstairs but he did it quickly and at a reasonable price. He and his coworker, Wes, also gave me great advice about 2 other plumbing issues I have. These guys are honest and hardworking.
This is the second time I've used Simply Plumbing and I will definitely be calling Tom again.

I got a recommendation for Simply Plumbing about a year ago and contacted him to prepare the plumbing for new sinks and install two heavy sinks. He was enthusiastic and wanted the project. Very bad experience for me. He often did not show up, did not do what he said he would do, chipped my newly-installed beautiful porcelain tile (! Wow how do you chip brand new porcelain tile? Drop a very heavy tool from high up?), left a mess on my tile floor (did not protect my floor by using a drop cloth or something when demolishing parts of the drywall) which I cleaned up when I saw it after that visit, and other things. Now I still need to have someone finish the job bc some fittings were not installed. At one point he told me he wished he hadn't taken the job bc installation of this type of sink is not his specialty. This despite having opened the boxes and showed him the sinks on the first appointment when I asked him if he wanted to do it. I do not recommend.

I needed a gas line lowered to accommodate my new gas range. Tom arrived as promised. He was able to do the job quickly. While pushing the stove back to the wall he noticed the side lip on the top of the range was not flush with the counter (the delivery men from Costco said my counters were uneven). Tom pulled out his wrench and lowered the feet of the stove and the side lip is where they should be. This service was above and beyond what the job should have been. He is my plumber for life. I highly recommend him

Very Professional, knowledgeable and affordable.

I learned of Tom Rowe at Simply Plumbing just when I had a slow water leak. I called Tom and when he came he took care of my issue very quickly and at a very affordable price. It was a treat to see a real professional at work - all the right tools and supplies. He is a really pleasant man who just wants to solve the problem - no upsells or other nonsense. He assured me that is I had any problem to just call him and he would come right over. He did such a good job, I don't think I will need to call him back. Tom was amazing! We were out of town when our water heater went out and a friend gave me his name and number. We called him on a Saturday and he went to our house within that hour to make sure everything was turned off properly so no water damage would occur. Monday he came and replaced everything. Had to call him back a week later for a minor issue and he responded so quickly. So easy to work with and a very pleasant guy.
