In 2019 Tom replaced my water pressure valve - it started leaking in less than a year! He was nice and came back to replace it- said it was poor unit. Today, in 2023 (only 4 yrs later) I found out it is leaking again. It will be replaced but not by Simply Plumbing. Tom should have used better parts and not create a hassle for me.

Tom came today and put a new toilet and faucet in. Within an hour he was finished and everything looks great. Then it came time to pay. I had just had the same thing done about 6 months ago. Tom could not come because he was out of town and our toilet was leaking and we could not get it to turn off by the shut off valve. So I had to call someone Else. They charged me 1,395.00 for installing a toilet and faucet that I had already purchased. Tom's price was Less than 1/2 of that with his toilet. I could not believe it. less than half. For sure Tom will be coming back here. He really is a nice guy too!!
