Excellent and professional service. Carlos showed up on time and fixed our issue efficiently. We had a clog in our pipes. He removed the toilet, cleared the clog, and replaced the toilet. He did such a good job we couldn't even tell the toilet had been removed and replaced.

During this horrible Covid 19 shelter in a water pipe ruptured and was gushing outside of our home such that the County had to turn off all water leaving 6 of us without water. I called Carlos 6:30am the next day and he answered immediately. He was very responsive and provided a range of the cost and came at the scheduled time. My landlord is a repair savy person, came to check in with him during the repair, and was very impressed with Carlos's skills and knowledge. Carlos got the water flowing by the estimated time and kept us updated. The cost of repair was very reasonable given the time and effort spent, and emergency nature of the repair. I would recommend Carlos and his company in a heartbeat!! And will call again for any need I may have.

I am not sure how good he is but that has not been my experience. Since he does not have a helper, I had to spend an hour helping fix my tub (for which I should reverse charge). After pipe replacement, tub did not drain, water started to stand ankle deep during bath. Instead of trying to address it, started excuse that it is a drainage issue down the pipe, something that has not occurred in years, until the pipe replacement. On top of that, stopped accepting any more calls from my number. Also left the downstairs unit ceiling open but that will be so till the repairs is 100% completed. Totally unprofessional approach and retraction from responsibility to complete job accurately.

I just had Carlos over again after I put a lot of celery through the food disposal. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could. By trying to fix it myself I'd put stress on an old joint and had broken it. Also the celery fiber jam was way down the pipes. He fixed it all at a really reasonable price.

I started a bathroom remodel on an older home in Fremont and had no idea how bad the plumbing was. After ripping out the old vanity and toilet, I found very corroded galvanized pipes. I knew the repairs were way beyond my skill set, so I did a local search for a plumber. Out of five I called that day, only one returned my call. Simply plumbing came by the next day to give an estimate. I quickly learned that the Bay Area is slammed right now for this type of work. Carlos, the owner, ran down all the repairs that needed to be done. He gave me his quote and told me he could come by in two days to do the job. We set up the appointment and he showed up two days later ready to go. Since neither of us knew what type of pipes were behind the wall, Carlos discovered copper pipes. This was excellent news. He only would have to replace the corroded galvanized fittings. He said that would save me a lot of money. I let him do his work and checked in a few times. He worked hard that day and did an excellent job. He showed me each step of the way what he was replacing, which was great. When he was all done, he did a pressure test on the lines and showed a significant improvement. All the badly corroded fittings were replaced and new lines installed. Carlos ended up taking off $300 from the original estimate, which was not expected. It's usually the other way around when someone does a repair job like this. I really appreciate how honest Carlos was and will certainly use him again for the rest of my projects. If you're looking for a good plumber, you can't go wrong with this company. I'm so glad I called him that day.

Extra points for same day service!! What more can I say? We several very young grandchildren staying with us and an out of commission toilet would have been a disaster.

I needed a plumber to come out same day, as my drains were not draining properly. I called and spoke to Carlos who assured me he could come out that day. He asked me what the problem was, and said over the phone it sounded like a clog.

Once he arrived, he checked his shoes to make sure he had nothing on them before stepping on the carpet, which I greatly appreciated! He verified for himself that the drains weren't draining properly, told me what he was going to do, quoted me a price, and immediately got to work. He got up on the roof (as there was no clean out available) and began to snake the line. He was able to clear some roots out of the line, and fixed the problem! His work is guaranteed for 30 days, which is also a plus!

Four stars because he was kind, courteous, was able to come out same day, and had very fair pricing! One star off as he was almost an hour late without a phone call, but I understand in the plumbing business, you never know how long any given problem will actually take. He is definitely worth calling if you want someone who is fair, honest, and trustworthy!
