Jos and Russell have really made us life long fans. My exec had a problem with his kitchen sink. Normally I go to my handy list of Vietnamese and Mexican handymen. However, nobody was available and he needed something completed urgently.

I sent out quote bids on Yelp and Jos was the first one to get back to us. She was always nice, friendly and seemed to remember every single customer she spoke to.

They sent their crew out to help us fix our issue, and while nobody but the nanny was home, they handed it with complete care.

Fast forward one month and the sink started to make a weird noise. I called back and Jos remembered me right away. She made an appointment for someone to come out to help us as soon as our schedule was free. Unfortunately something happened that morning and the tech wasn't able to make it. I expressed my dismay and Russell actually took the time to go personally, take care of my exec and left him a happy camper.

There are so many companies out in the Bay Area. What sets one aside from another is the level of service, pride and care in their business. Simply Green cares about their customers, the customer's happiness and the reputation of the business. They're worth every penny, and provide way better service than all the other companies we've worked with.

You get what you pay for...and with Simply Green, I really felt like I got what I paid for.

Russell did our copper repipe and replaced our water heater when we moved in 8 years ago. Stand up guy and one hell of a good plumber. About six months ago, we called Simply Green for other plumbing related needs. We didn't Russell, and we weren't thrilled with the plumber we had. HOWEVER, upon speaking to Russell he understood he situation and did right by us, once again proving he is a stand up guy and businessman. I recommend Simply Green for all your plumbing needs and hopefully if you are lucky you can still get Russell for big jobs!

We had about five basic plumbing problems that had piled up. Dripping bathroom sink. Broken water shut-off valve. Broken aerator. A tub / shower that wasn't sending water to a the shower. Wilver was able to fix everything and it seems like to quality work. We had some serious challenges with scheduling (our road is closed during daytime for storm damage repair) that they were able to help us anyway by showing up super early in the morning. My review today is for Wilver, and I had a great experience when he came to help me install a commercial dishwasher for my restaurant. They always say it's harder to add to a restaurant when its already built, but Wilver made it seem easy. He arrived at my location, made a plan to build lines running water to my machine, and waste out, and used fittings that were strong. He was also very efficient with his time, something that is greatly appreciated in my opinion. Overall his work and service was excellent!

I first gave Simply Green Plumbing a 5 star rating, however have to change it to 2 stars due to their lack of response to complete work. It took almost 3 weeks to get them to respond to an issue they created when they worked on my shower. While they did fix my shower, upon inspecting under my house (which I paid $282 for) they found another issue stating ""we can take care of it, no problem"". After working on the fix for an hour or so the plumber said ""we have to consult with the owner when he returns from a convention on Monday to complete this work"" and he said the would call me on Monday (this was on Friday). I never received a call and in fact I called several times over almost 3 weeks to hear the owner is ""on the other line"", ""in a meeting"", ""in the field"" and he needs to talk with the plumber when he ""returns from the field"". Never did speak with Russell, the owner! If you have them do work for you MAKE SURE THEY FINISH THE JOB BEFORE YOU LET THEM LEAVE AND/OR PAY THEM!

When I need a plumber, Simply Green is always first on my list. Great service, reasonable pricing, knowledgeable problem solvers and they leave the job as clean as possible. We've had them do both installations and repairs and I've been happy each time.

I had a toilet issue today and they arrived within the 2 hour window ready to work. Wilbur diagnosed the issue immediately and it was a super quick fix. He explained what he did so I could adjust the toilet myself and then refused any money for the visit. Just outstanding friendly service.

It is too pricey! Change the water measuring device in the toilet tank, first one is $311 and 2nd one is $198, which I can buy a brand new tank. They also recommended to change the flapper, $88 for each. At last, they found out the toilet also needs a new gasket, another $250. Added all together, I could buy a nice brand new toilet. I didn't realize until I checked the price for the toilet online and I felt I was cheated. They gave a 10% discount by the end but I'll never call this place again!
