Fantastic. Super fast response to the call, and was able to get someone out within about an hour. David S. did an amazing job. He took time to really investigate and determine the problem, and then quickly fixed it!! He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable, and explained things to me as he went along. Also super impressed that he kept his mask on the whole time. This hasn't been true for other plumbing companies. Thank you!!!

Wow. I am blown away by Simply Green Plumbing. From the courtesy and professionalism of the office staff and field crew to Russell's integrity and commitment to customer service, Simply Green is a company of the highest caliber. Without getting into the dirty details, I called Simply Green for what I thought was a blockage in the sewer line to our septic tank. The issue was misdiagnosed, and considerable time and effort (i.e. money) went into fixing a problem that ended up not being a problem after all. The real problem ended up being on the leach field side of my septic tank, not an area in Simply Green's service offerings. Anyway, my worry that I was going to be stuck with a monster bill was completely unfounded. Not only did Russell not charge me for any work done based on the misdiagnosis, he refused to let me pay one dime for the original service call, something I would have gladly done and repeatedly offered to do. Mistakes happen, but how a company handles them is a crucial measure of quality service. Russell is committed to doing the right thing to make his customers happy, even if it means that he has to reach into his own pocket to do it. Simply put, Simply Green Plumbing will be my first call for my future plumbing needs.

I can't say enough about how much I like the people at Simply Green. They have had to come and do a few repairs from the very complex (gas line leaks) to little things (bathroom faucets), they always come through. Russell is super responsive and helpful. His team are experts and very professional and nice to work with. They come on time and follow up timely.

We had a pipe burst under the house and needed a repiping. Russell has his crew were quickly out and matched another offer from the company that burst the pipes when they snaked under our home. They had 9 people out at our house working underneath, inside and outside working for a couple days.

Simply Green did way more than they needed to and exceeded our expectations. They protected the floors and walls first before getting going. Plus afterwards for little fixes they were responsive and thorough and took cares of those.

Great team. Great owner. He's the best in his field. If you want to do the job right and trust the service and get it done with a permit to get it right these guys should be your plumbers. I'd give them 10 stars!

Me and my wife wanted to downsize to save money in a high priced bay area. We went a little extreme, and went from 1000sqft to 250sqft. We didn't mind the space, but we were worried we wouldn't have a washer or dryer and have to resort to a laundromat.

We thought, maybe we could could buy a washer/dryer combo lg + small dishwasher and hook it up to the sink? There is room for it. So I called this company to see if it could be done, and if so, how.

When I called this company and Hilary answered the phone. She was very kind, helpful, and professional throughout the entire process. When I told her what I needed, she forwarded me to Russell. He told me to give him the run down of what I needed. Russell worked with me on pricing to get me a good rate. After Russell heard what I needed, he sent Dave over to the little cottage we have behind a house. The employee was very friendly, COVID-19 compliant with a mask on, and knowledgable. He inspected the house for a while to see where we could drain the washer/dryer/dishwasher. Dave forwarded all this information back to Hilary, and she coordinated with some Field Technicians who came over to hook everything up. Our particular dishwasher does not recommend constant pressure, so we needed some custom things done. We also wanted a valve on the dishwasher that was BY the dishwasher, not the source of the water (under the sink).

Gerardo and Jose came over (also COVID-19 compliant with masks) within hours (same day!) to do the installation. They did an incredible job. They got everything my wife wanted, AND they made it look pretty good!

Overall, I am extremely satisfied and will use them again in the future for any and all plumbing issues!

We hired Simply Green plumbing to replace our sewer line and add a clean-out during the pandemic. Scheduling was very easy, even delightful, as the woman running the office and answering the phones radiated happiness and good cheer. I got a text 20 minutes prior to the team arriving. Danny and his team arrived with face masks and stood a respectful distance away. He explained all of the options, what they would do, and told me after a thorough inspection that my suspicions about needed a new line were correct. He provided an estimate on the spot. They completed the work faster than their estimate and left our yard cleaner and neater than when they had arrived. They constantly communicated during the job. Overall, I was very pleased by their service.

) I would definitely give this company a 5-star review. I was referred to them by some friends who also had a great experience. We had noticed our water bill had gotten quite high and I noticed a sound of running water behind our water heater. They came out promptly and did a search and noticed we had quite a few weeks in different areas of the house. It was a very expensive project but they did everything right. During covid-19 I was very nervous about having people come in the house. They had masks and gloves and we're quite respectful. They got the job done and patched up the sheetrock where they had to cut and also replaced the grass where they had to dig trenches. I would definitely recommend this company. Hillary works in the office and was always communicating with me so there was never any questions. Definitely use this company as I will again if needed.
