I have worked with a few backflow testing companies in the past and they have always presented issues, I begin to think it was just this type of business. That all changed this week when I decided to reach out and see if I could find a new company. I came upon Simply Backflow Testing and Repair in a google search and I'm happy to announce they are our new backflow testing company. Sara is on top of her game, she was able to get us scheduled in a few days, which allowed us to cancel our previous company at one of our sites that we had been waiting for weeks to go test done. She let me know a day and time frame and we were all set. They were able to set us up at two properties back to back which is great, because we like to be present for the test. The tech called when he was on her way and when we couldn't meet him at the first site got the test done and met us at the second site. He was efficient, friendly, and great assets to his team When you are managing over 35 properties you need dependable people. Simply Backflow is that company and they do all this while being friendly too... a big bonus in my book. I highly recommend this company!!

Been using this company for years. First time was a freak out as just bought my first home. City of Pasadena was threatening to remove my water meter if did not follow rules. So These guys come out do their test and go about their day.

I wanted to get a 2nd opinion after our backflow test failed. The only one certified and listed on the county of public health's site that I could find high reviews for was Simply Backflow. I gave them a call, and I sure am glad I did. When Mino (Minas) came out to see us, he was polite and courteous and made sure to explain carefully what was going on. Our backflow also failed when he tested, but he gave a very reasonable price to rebuild and even went above and beyond to suggest how we can prevent our backflow from failing sooner. If there's anything I could suggest that would make their service even better, is to give more of an advanced notification of when they're coming so we can prepare ahead of time. Other than that, if you need your backflow tested, you can trust Mino and his staff to take care of you.

I called about a problem that my plumber quoted as a $1500 repair-replace job. These guys were amazing. They fixed it, rather than replaced my back flow, made it as good as new and charged $285. They were also early for their appointment! Which was great (even though I didn't need to be home for it, I happened to be). I highly recommend!

Simply Backflow was great. We waited for the scheduled guy the entire day and they never showed. In desperation we had to cancel the next day patients too and then as a last ditch effort I called Simply Backflow from Yelp.
Minas was great. He came when he said he would, resolved the issue in half an hour and we are scheduled for maintenance in a year.
Cannot recommend him enough. We ended up rescheduling the following day and recouping a bit. SB is great.

Called simply backflow after my test failed.
The first company that initially came out and did the test had an extremely high estimate to fix it, but Simply Backflow had a very reasonable price and was able to come out and fix it correctly and properly. Minas was friendly and knew his stuff. He throughly checked everything and his fix came with a 2 year warranty.
Great company. Absolutely recommend!!

Called Simply Backflow after my testing failed. The quoted rate was reasonable and he was able to come out in 2 days. Minas was at my house by promised time and did a great job. He repaired the backflow and also changed other small parts free of charge. Very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable ""because all they do is Backflow."" Will definitely be seeing him every year from now on to do our testing. Thank you Minas!
