I had issues with my thankless water heater and I did search on Yelp for service. It was not disappointed when I contacted Pipe Doctors Plumbing Inc. since Azzi was prompt with the response and with some information and few questions, he gave me couple options. He suggested one potential issue and after I got home, I trouble shoot the system and was able to get it back running without the need of their services. I appreciate their recommendations to solve the current issue but I will jerk Pipe Doctors Plumbing Inc, in mind for next thankless water heater issues.

I needed to get a recirculation pump installed on our new tankless water heater. I called Pipe Doctors and ended up talking to Azi for half an hour on the phone. He was a wealth of information and patiently explained all our options and the associated pros/cons and prices. It did not feel like a sales call where he was trying to sell me something by more like a free informational call. We are putting the project on hold due to a new baby on the way but after that call I felt so grateful to Azi and the time he gave us that I wanted to leave a positive review for his excellent customer service. Pipe Doctors Plumbing is the BEST plumbing company I have ever ever hired. They were perfect! Akiva was so knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. He repaired our kitchen faucet after I was told by another plumber that it needed to be replaced. It was a very expensive KWC faucet that we only had for a few years. Akiva saved the day! He was patient and went above and beyond to do the job right.

I will only hire Pipe Doctors Plumbing from now on. I never thought I would be so happy about a plumber, but I am!!

First off, Azzi is amazing! It's so refreshing to talk to someone who not only cares about the quality of his profession, but also speaks candidly about your situation and potential options. We've recently done a light reno and I've had to speak to and work with dozens of professionals ranging from flooring/carpeting, painting to handymen and general contractors. In my opinion, Azzi was among the best. He's plain spoken and doesn't try to use industry lingo to confuse and persuade you. My only regret is that due to my HOA situation, his current insurance prevents him from working on my unit. Despite this, he spent nearly an hour walking me through my options, things to watch out for, and advice on finding the right plumber. That is a testament to his nature in doing the right thing. If the insurance situation ever changes, I would hire him without a doubt.

Our tankless water heater quit - not fun unless you like cold showers.
Akiva came out the same day and found out what was wrong. He had to order parts and came back ON A SUNDAY to install the parts. Nice guy and very nice service. We are very happy and will use Pipe Doctors again when needed.
