The scheduling process was fine, and the work was great, but the cost was more than I expected for such a simple repair (leaking sink pipe). I paid nearly $400. The company's practice is to have the customer agree upfront to an assessment charge of $75 and then remove that charge if the customer proceeds with the service. Not wanting to reschedule and knowing I would be paying $75 for nothing if I didn't move ahead, I agreed to what I felt was too high an estimate. I should have known better.

I called Simple Solutions tonight (after hours) and Scott answered. I will skip to the chase and say that Scott is a true angel and fixed the issue. The temps are frigid in Seattle right now and I was afraid that when my BOSCH tankless water heater failed today that my pipes would freeze along with my radiant heat. Scott WALKED ME THROUGH A FIX over the phone after asking me to send him photos of the unit and the pipes (he determined my drain pipe was frozen and that the condensate tubing was backed up, which the unit correctly detected and turned itself off.) I was near tears when I called and was so surprised when he picked up after hours. There aren't words for how grateful I am to him and I'm planning to book him for a long-needed service for my unit later in the winter. He saved me!

Simply Solutions Plumbing is the only plumbing company I will be calling for work on my home or my clients. Scott scheduled the work quickly and John came to do the work. He worked quickly, did the job well, solved a couple of problems viewed as very difficult and expensive by another company. Plumbing is never cheap but a job well done is worth it!

This is the second time I've used Scott for a plumbing problem. I left a message for him and he returned the call promptly. When he arrived with his assistant, they were both wearing masks, which I very much appreciated. He fixed my clogged bathroom sink and also installed a Thai toilet sprayer (also called a cloth diaper sprayer, or a shattaf). This was done in less than an hour. I was pleased with Scott's work and felt the charge was reasonable. I would recommend Scott.
