Simple Energy is like having a good friend who is really handy and reliable.

We are long-time customers of Simple Energy and I would highly recommend them for: oil delivery, electrical work, boiler insurance and maintenance, plumbing and carpentry. We have had to call Simple Energy in the middle of the night at least 4 times for different troubles we were having: lost all power and had to have the main breaker switch changed over, boiler just stopped and we could not get it going, our heat just would not come on and we could not problem solve it over the phone. At all turns, Simple Energy has been attentive, helpful, dedicated to resolving any issues and most of all friendly and professional.

If things are not right, they have fixed them -- from billing to delivery to coordinating carpentry and electrical with hot tub delivery folks. Their attention to detail and willingness to show up when others just do not have the time makes us dedicated customers. They may not be perfect but they sure do show up and help out when needed.

Boiler stopped working a couple days before New Years and as it was evening, we contacted Simple Energy as they advertised 24/7 emergency service. They did pick up and were helpful, saying we could pay premium for an immediate night service job, or if it could wait until morning, they'd send someone over in the morning and they would call on their way. We agreed to have them come in the morning.

Next morning I keep waiting, mid morning I called them and the person on the phone had no knowledge of us or the phone call the previous night. Now, they couldn't guarantee someone coming out and wouldn't tell me whether they could or not until I gave them all my information and ""started an account."" I don't play that game so I said bye bye and called around. Partridge Family Heating showed up quickly and did a fantastic job fixing my boiler and finding parts on NYE. Still get 2 stars because maybe they are still good at fixing things IF you have an account and IF they keep their promise to come service your freezing home, however customer service is very important to me.

We recently switched propane providers to Simple Energy. They are fantastic! They did a thorough inspection of all of our household systems that require propane, and found and repaired several items, including some that involved code violations. Without their inspection, we might never have known that we had safety issues.

And, the team they sent was polite and professional, walking me through the changes that they made and giving me explanation for the changes. (They were also very considerate of the pets I have on the property- a plus for me).

I am glad we made the change!
