Simpex is one of the finest companies we've dealt with. This week Simpex handled the repiping of our home. Two crews came in on different days; they were hardworking, very focused on doing a good job and getting it done in a timely manner. We were so impressed by their skill level and their work ethic, and they left things in good order. The communication was excellent: scheduling the meeting with the estimator was quick as well as scheduling the job. Every communication with the office staff was easy, efficient, and when we called with a few questions, they were welcoming and found out the information we needed. There was no bait and switch with the price or added fees ... very honest ... a company with integrity which is hard to find these days. We give them the highest rating and recommendation.

Simpex did a great job on the Friday / Saturday repipe. Oscar and Carlos arrived promptly with their crew on the repipe day and immediately got to work after the walk through. They were very efficient and professional. They communicated progress/ issues well throughout the day. Improved my main water inlet hose bib / regulator / irrigation shut off configuration so it's simpler more pleasing to look at. Got water back on as promised about 10 hours later. The next day, Dennis and crew arrived promptly and also worked very efficiently to get the drywall repair completed, textured, and ready for primer and paint as promised. Both crews were very good about tarping and covering everything with plastic to minimize dust and debris. They were very good about tidying everything up throughout the day and then really cleaning up at the end before they left. Both crews worked very well together and cooperated to minimize stress during the process.

We recently had Simpex come out to repipe our house in pex-a since we've been having leaks more frequently, and I can't believe the quality and efficiency they have! We had Dante come out for the initial visit and discussed our needs. He was very informative and let us know what we could expect during the repipe. They were able to schedule our repipe within a couple of days after we gave the go ahead. We had a crew of five plumbers come out and they finished the whole house in one day! I was amazed how well coordinated they were to get it finished up so quickly. We had the city inspector come out the next day and he had nothing but high praises on their work. The drywall crew came in the day after the inspection and the finished look is incredible! We just had the painters come out a couple of weeks ago and we can't even tell where the holes were made. Thank you Simpex for a job well done. There are a lot of water leak issues in our neighborhood and we have already recommended Simpex to the neighbors. Thank you again for all of your hard work!

I had a pinhole leak and the kitchen got flooded with water. I called Simpex Repipe & Plumbing and spoke with one of their staff, Kenny. Kenny was very helpful with scheduling the repipe estimate on the same day. The sales manager, Dante, came and provided me with the estimate and answered all my questions. After reviewing the proposal and called their office, this time spoke with their office manager Joseph who assisted me with scheduling the repipe for that week. The repipe crew did a fantastic job repiping in a day. I got my water back on. The following day the patch crew came and patched all the holes and textured. I'm so happy with their services and got everything done in 2 days! I would recommend Simpex to anyone who needs repiping their house.
