My lawn sprinklers were sprinkling very little water. After checking the water pressures for the irrigation system and for the house, Ulysses determined that my pressure regulators needed to be replaced. I learned that ball valves have replaced the old style valves. I replaced the spigot, too.

We had seen the Repipe 1 truck in our community several times, thus Simpex was new to us.
We decided to repipe and scheduled Repipe 1 and Simpex for the job estimate.
We chose Simpex, after reading the Yelp reviews, and compared to Repipe 1, their estimate was more reasonable and fit our budget.
Simpex is a very professional company with a very experienced staff.
They are very well organized from the estimator to all the different teams and their specialty: Repiping Team, Dry Wall Team, Wall Texture Team.
All the different teams involved, are well coordinated, very professional, hard working and take great pride in doing an excellent job, which reflects in the end result: EXCELLENT WORK, as our City Inspector, also told us more than once, on the day of the inspection.
We are very pleased with Simpex's repiping job, it met our expectations and more.

I'm a returning customer for this company and as such I have some expectations regarding the cost and quality of service. I needed to clean an area drain pipe, which is something was done by this company last year at a fair price and and satisfactory results. This year the system has been clogged again in a different area, which is normal, but when the plumber came over he quoted twice as much the price of the last year for the same exact job. When I showed him the receipt from last year, he said it doesn't matter he can't do the job for less. So I'm not sure how the same company can charge twice as much for the same job over one year period. Anyway Im taking my business somewhere else for good.

I had a blockage in my yard drainage on both side, more than one contractor came out without being able to clear the blockage, then I called Simpex, Ulysses came on time promptly, was able to diagnose the issue correctly and then proceeded to clear one side then cleared then other side, absolutely professional and efficient, Ulysses also took care of a couple plumbing issues.

I would recommend highly and will be using going forward.

I am really glad we chose SIMPEX for our re-pipe in July 2022. Four months later and I am still a very happy customer. I have no regrets! The value and service is excellent. The company is very professional and offers a great warranty. They were willing to get permits and the city inspector said that Simpex did above and beyond what was required in the re-pipe process. The whole re-pipe was done in one day and the next day the drywall and patching was completed. I had very little time without water. This is a huge plus when you are doing a re-pipe.

Dante, the sales rep, came to our home on time and offered us many options. I had a lot of questions regarding keeping our fairly new water heater vs. purchasing a tankless and whether we should get a recirculation pump to get hot water faster. Dante answered everything thoroughly and professionally. He was not trying to upsell me, instead he gave me honest advice and I chose to do the whole house repipe with the Uponor Pex and a Halo water filtration system, and change three shower valves in my bathrooms, while keeping my almost new water heater. This was just right for my family and my home.

The pipes are so quiet now. I have excellent water pressure. The hot water is hot right away. (I didn't go with the recirculation pump, Dante was right, we didn't need it). The Halo water filtration system is excellent. We now have clean drinking and washing water with a significant reduction in scale and it is maintenance free.

As you can see, I am a detailed person, I did my research and interviewed several local plumbers and asked neighbors who had re-piped. I got several quotes, all were much higher priced than Simpex and the other companies were unable to complete the job in one day. Tanya, in the office, was always pleasant and helpful with scheduling and pricing. At one point I even spoke with the owner, Brian who answered all my questions regarding my shower valves and risers thoroughly. Lastly, Joseph helped us finalize all the details and we didn't pay until we were completely satisfied.

If you are looking to re-pipe with a hassle free experience. This is a excellent company to work with.
