Simpex Repipe repiped my entire home after we learned we had a foundation leak in our master bathroom. Rather than just re-route around the leaking pipe in the foundation, we decided to re-pipe everything out of the foundation.

Brian Udo, the owner of the company looked over our entire house, explained to us how they were going to repipe our home, what would be impacted and then gave us a very reasonable price.

The complete repiping involved one day of installing the new PEX pipes and a second day to patch all the holes made in the drywalls, ceilings and stucco.

At the end of each day, the crew did a great job of cleaning up everything. They vacuumed the floors so there was little to no dust on the floors.

The crew did a great job on our home. George, the foreman for the repiping and Brian, the person in charge for the patching crew, made sure I knew what was happening and went over everything that was done at the end of the day.

I also had some plumbing issue and Brian sent Trevor to address them. Trevor was outstanding and explained what the issues were and how he was going to fix them.

I can't say enough about Simpex Repipe. The quality of the work was excellent, the crews were great and the owner, Brian, was very responsive to my questions and concerns.

I highly recommend Simpex Repipe to anyone who has any plumbing issue. Simpex Repipe is very responsive, gives great customer service and very reasonable price for the quality of the work.

Simpex repipe is highly recommend. I had a leak from hell, and Trevor helped me to chase it down; and believe me that was no easy job.

He was quick on his feet, and thought out of the box for solutions. He identified multiple approaches to fixing the issue at hand, he explained them well to me and executed them one at a time until the source of the leak was found. Once the leak was found, it was smooth sailing.

He may have put four to five hours; for the price I paid, it was money well spent.

For sure I will keep you in mind for more work; stay tuned.

I was very glad I went with Brian and Simpex Repipe. Now I'm comfortable knowing that I won't be having pin hole leaks and paying hundreds of dollars fixing them. A huge weight has been lifted off my shoulder. His workers were very efficient, friendly and neat. Now my neighbor is taking advantage with Simpex. Simpex repiped our 2 story 2 bathroom home after we found a slab leak right in the middle of our downstairs. Didn't want to tear up the Travertine, so we went with A repipe with Pex pipe. The Simpex repiping crew was neat, covered everything with plastic, they moved what I didn't realize I had to move with a smile and arrived promptly as promised. The next day the Simpex patch guys came when promised. Patched, painted, sprayed even stuccoed around the new spigots. When I got home I couldn't tell where the holes were. I couldn't be happier.

I called Simpex based based on their 100% 5 star ratings in Yelp to repipe my house. From first contact with the office to completion of the project, everything was handled in a professional manner. Brian ( the owner) came to give me a quote. He gave me a very detailed explanation of what they would do. The quote was very reasonable. I had a few quotes from other companies some were way higher. I called Brian several times with questions. He always answered his phone. A few days before the work was to be started Joseph (I believe the manager) called to make sure I would be ready and said to call if I had any questions. I did have a small concern that he double checked and got back to me promptly with an answer. The day they started, plastic sheeting was put up around the rooms they were working in. There must of been 6 or 7 guys. They worked hard and fast. Everyone knew what they were doing. They cleaned up and took down the plastic each day. I was also impressed with the patching of the walls and ceiling. I have popcorn ceil and was worried that it wouldn't match but it looked really good except the old vs new part shows a different color.

I HIGHLY recommend Simpex for repiping...

Recently contacted Simpex for a quote to Repipe my house with PEX. When I called in, I spoke with Joseph, he took my information and said he'd have Brian Udo (owner) call me back to set up a time for a quote. Within about 10 minutes Brian was calling me, he was available the next day for a quote. Brian was at my door (on time), we walked around and he explained the whole process and how it was going to work from start to finish. Once he finished going over the whole process, I had pre-made a list of questions to ask, Brian completely explained everything in detail and made me feel comfortable. He gave me the quote right then and there. His price was not the lowest, but all the quotes we had were within a few hundred dollars (except for 2 which were ridiculously high)
Actually his price was just a bit higher because we had a few extra requests. We have a water softener and wanted it moved to a different location in the garage, we also had them hard pipe from the main to the hose bibs in the back yard (due to not wanting water softener water to connect to hose bibs cause softener is salt based and will kill your plants) and lastly we wanted all new faucets and shower trims in the whole house. Brian said this was not a problem at all, and his price was not much higher to include all these requests as opposed to other quotes that didn't include these requests. I immediately called my wife after Brian left, and told her Simpex was the way to go! Our main reasons for choosing Simpex: Competitive price, Ability to do right away, The friendliness and helpfulness of their whole staff, permit process, THEY DO DRYWALL REPAIR IN HOUSE! (No sub)
The day of the job, the crew showed up right on time, and Edgar (job foreman I think) was super friendly and explained again what was going to happen that day. The crew started at 7:30am covering everything in the house, furniture, the floors areas where they were not going to be working etc. There was quite a few guys I'd say 6-8 or so. They were just go-go-go, not in a frantic pace, but more like a well oiled machine! It took an hour to prep the house then they got to it, they were cutting open walls inside and out. I checked in on them every hour or so, just wanting to see the progress, and wow! There were guys all over the house, inside, outside, and in the attic, they were just running the PEX all over the place. A few times there were minor issues where Edgar came to me and inquired what I wanted to do, he never rushed me or anything, allowed me to call my wife and go over the issues with her. None of the issues were because of Simpex, it was issues that were ours, they just wanted to be sure they gave us the options on solutions and allow us to determine which route we were going to take moving forward. All the issues were simple but loved how they were patient for answers. By 2:45 or so the whole house was done, and they were cleaning up. By 3:30 the crew was finished and our house was back in order. The next day Simpex set up the inspector to come out for permitting. Inspector showed up, and flat out said ""this is one of the best repipes I've seen"" then he went on to say he inspects a couple a day and that he felt positive these guys did a fantastic job.
Saturday the crew showed up to finish by patching up the drywall. Edgar also showed up to fix a couple things and look into repairing something (that wasn't due to Simpex). The drywall crew started in on the patching. The patching was perfect, the matching of the texture was perfect, and the cleanup was perfect. It was amazing to watch from start to finish, to have your house go from being clean, to looking like a tornado hit it, to clean again. Every moment was absolutely smooth. It's all due to the professionalism, the respect for our home, the friendliness of all the employees in which we spoke with in the office, to the crews on the job site. Every single step of the way was fully explained and we were never left in the dark about what was happening, and what was next. Brian was easy to approach and always always always answered his phone when I called. Doing any kind of work to your house can be extremely stressful and everyone at Simpex understand this, and they go way way way out of their way to accommodate and to make you feel like they are there for you, because they are. I would HIGHLY recommend Simpex if you're thinking about doing a Repipe. Well, I got a leak and was looking for a company to do repiping. I've got many quotes and all were on high side with no patching included and no availability for next few days. Problem also was that I was tight on starting date and nobody were able to start when I needed. Nobody except Simpex.
The gave me best quote for repiping and patching and were able to start next day, exactly when I needed!!
Job was done as promised, crew showed up right on time.
After all - they also gave me lifetime warranty.
I'm very happy I found Simpex and highly recommended them for repiping and plumbing needs!

I hired Simpex Repipe to replace the plumbing in my condo after a leak developed in one of my pipes. I was very happy with the work performed. The drywall work was excellent and they helped me resolve an electrical issue that surfaced during the work by getting an electrician out to my place quickly to resolve it. Based on the estimates I got I would say their price was very fair. I would recommend Simpex to anyone who needs new plumbing installed.

Don't look any further for a company that repipes! Our house, built in the early 80's, had its third pipe leak in August of last year and we decided this was the number to stop. Brian and his company, Simpex, were recommended to us. We had also had quotes from 9 other companies. We have custom plaster on our walls and ceilings downstairs and wanted to bypass these if possible. The other companies either didn't want to deal with it or weren't sure if they could. Brian came to give us a quote and explained and assured us that it could be done. He even went so far as to go and pick up his lead guy on another job, and bring him to our house to make sure! This really mattered to us, as we have had many contractors who have done no shows, or have not done what was expected or agreed upon. The price quoted was competitive also.
The start day the crew showed up to our house on time and completed our repipe, 2880 sq. foot hours with 3 baths, in about 7 hours, before quoted finish time, with about half the number of holes that other companies had quoted. The next day was the inspection, scheduling was taken care of by Joseph, and right after inspection the patching was started and completed. All of our custom plaster was bypassed! When all was finished there were a couple of minor adjustments needed, and Brian took care of these immediately!
Brian and his crew are exceptionally professional! I will definitely recommend Simpex to everybody I know that needs to repipe! Don't bother with the many others out there.
