This past year I have called Tony to help me with multiple projects. The main one was our bathroom and I did a lot of the work myself instead of using a contractor so I had to find a plumber to do a lot of under the house stuff as well as finishing touches. I had Tony do all the finishing touches and he did a phenomenal job. he got the job done in a good amount of time but didn't rush it. He took his time making it look just perfect and making sure I had no problems. My wife and I are extremely happy with his work. He is very knowledgeable and helpful and got back to me quickly I would highly recommend him. Some plumbers try to get you to do everything instead of just what you need. Tony was honest and told me that I did not need to replace one of the drain pipes underneath the toilet. Another person quoted me at about $1500 and he said it's cast-iron and it doesn't look pretty but it's under the toilet so it doesn't matter. There's no need to replace it it's not leaking. That is one of the reasons why I chose him because he was honest.

The owner Tony was knowledgable and gave me advice on some issues i was having. He showed up on time every day and worked hard to make sure that everything in our new bathroom came out just the way we wanted. He was honest with me about what I needed and didn't need, he didn't try and get me to replace things that didn't need to be. Other plumbers that I got estimates from tried to up sell me on every turn in the estimates and Tony was straightforward. We are very happy with our bathroom and he helped make that happen. Called them again, this time to install a water heater I had purchased at Home Depot. They they came the next morning a did a very precise and professional installation to bring it to code. They were happy to explain each step along the way. Everything works fine including the very reasonable cost. They had to shop for various items to meet code requirements (such as the strapping). I appreciated that they took the old heater away and left the work area spotless.

Saw a Simon's Plumbing comment on my neighbor's Facebook page and boy did I need it. Water heater went out and I didn't know what to do.

Called Simon's plumbing (after hours). A human picked up the phone, and they were at my house by noon the next day. They investigated my issue and quickly determined that I had a pilot light that went out and they were able to help get it lit quickly. (Yes, this stuff is not a strength of mine...)

They did not charge me for a service call, and REFUSED to take cash when I offered something for their time. A real class act.

Simon's Plumbing shows me that they strongly believe in client/customer relationships and have a real eye focused on Customer Service.

While this visit didn't cost me anything, I'm going out of my way to refer them to EVERYONE! These guys really get it.

Anthony is my go to guy when it comes to any installation or plumbing issues, his resolved several of my problems, his very honest and fair with his prices and timeframe, I had a water pressure issue in my shower and he exchange my valve and regulator and I get perfect pressure now, very happy with their services.

Tony from Simon's Plumbing was one of only two plumbers who actually responded to voicemails and quote requests through Yelp (out of maybe 5 or 6 attempts). He had a very pleasant manner through email, which I appreciated. We scheduled an appointment for several days out for the relatively easy task of repairing a leaking supply hose, but those are the kinds of issues you encounter for rental properties.

He arrived on time, fixed the issue quickly, and charged a reasonable hourly rate. His in-person demeanor was very nice. Really no complaints at all. I would definitely hire him again.
