This is the third time I've used Simon's Plumbing and he was so responsive he showed up within 30 minutes of my calling and diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes!!!! It was a landscaping issue that my landscaper overlooked.

He has now replaced a hose spigot on the side of our house (broken by surprise when it was yanked too hard), a water shutoff to our washing machine (rusted over, so it broke when the washer was moved) , and then SEVENTEEN more water shutoffs in the rest of the house after a few more turned out to be rusted over and easily broken. He also reinstalled three toilets after floor installers didn't properly do so, replaced a toilet in a different house, and replaced a water heater. He obviously remains our #1 choice for all things plumbing - highly, highly recommend his company!
