Extremely satisfied! My 14 year old water tank went out Saturday and I took the coldest shower ever. Couldn't find anyone to come out on the weekend or even return calls. After spending an hour researching and calling plumbing companies Monday morning and getting incredibly high prices, including one company who wanted $350 extra to change pricing for converting 75 gal to 50. Luckily, I stumbled upon Simon plumbing, locally based in Mokena. I called, spoke with the representative who quickly gave a very fair and competitive price but wasn't sure if they could come out the same day. She asked if I had leak or hot water. Nope to both. She called back and said plumbers would be there between 11-1p. Josh and Chance arrived promptly at 11 and completed the Job. by 1245. I'm impressed with the quality, cleanliness and price fairness. Josh showed me the extra copper piping , flue metal and 1/4 turn refrigerators water valve and hook up I added. He charged a very reasonable additional charge. I also learned that Josh is third generation of this company started by his grandfather. Thank you Simon Plumbing Mokena!

Day before thanksgiving had a severe Bathtub leak. They came out immediately and fixed it. I had 2 other plumbers that didn't know what they were doing, with the continued leak. One place wanted to charge 400 just to come to my home.

What can I say, The fine folks at Simon have been my go to for any an all plumbing related issues for years.

From installing a cleanout and rodding that main line annually, to installing new fixtures both inside and out, to the most recent service, cleaning out a drain for my washing machine, I've always been satisfied.

They did an amazing Job of lowering the drain pipe so we could have a disposal after getting an under mount sink. They also removed a slop sin in the garage and replaced with a spigot that mixes both hot and cold.

I would like to take a moment and thank this company. I have a grease trap that backed up. It was full of grease. I had a company come out(not these guys) and remove the grease. They drain was not going down. He charged me $140 to tell me he recommends using a mechanic snake after 15 minutes..
That's done so long story short Simon plumbing came out and actually spent about a hour and snaked out my line for me. They charged a great price and he did it in the rain. It's pouring outside today. I couldn't be happier.
