Not only did Lou answer my call, he came out the next morning (when no one else would), didn't charge me an emergency fee and did a spectacular job. I will forever be grateful for his services. We recently hired Simon Plumbing to fix a leak. Lou came out and gave us a free estimate and patiently answered all of our questions.

He came on time a few days later. He and his partner were at our house for 12 hours working until close to 9pm. They finished the following day and left everything clean and in great condition.

The job required opening a wall to get to the pipe. They replaced the drywall, which was a huge bonus, other plumbers were not willing to do.

Lou also replaced our water line to the fridge and installed it properly at no extra charge. He saw the wonky job someone had previous done and took it upon himself to fix it for us.

Simon Plumbing was a breeze to work with, fairly priced and reliable.

Also, both guys were super kind to our dog so you know they are good people.

Had a problem with my tubs drain and tried some DIY's but ended up making the problem worse. With it being the weekend and such short notice every place I called had insane prices for the day or told me to just wait til Monday. I finally called Lou and he said he would head over after he fixed his current job. Within a few mins of his arrival the tub was unclogged!!
You cant beat that rate and service!

Simon Plumbing ran a new drain line for a second floor laundry. Our plumber was Lou. He did a great job of talking to us about what we wanted and planning the job. He explained it all to us and gave a very reasonable estimate. He arrived promptly on the scheduled day and kept us apprised of what he was doing and why. His work was remarkably precise and neatly executed. He even resolved a couple of unexpected things he encountered at no additional charge. After he was finished he cleaned up everything very thoroughly. We could not be happier with his work and are already talking about having him back for a couple of additional things in the not-too-distant future.

Simon Plbg repaired a broken pipe for me and did an excellent job. Because of the success on the first project I had them back to my home to install new tank type water heaters. They were professional and neat with their work. No leaks when the water came back on. The tanks each have isolation valves and are providing plenty of hot water. They showed up on time as scheduled and were very tidy when they left.
