D J.Made an appointment with them after our heat went out with freezing temps outside. When it came time for the appointment (10am) , I received a call saying the job before me was a complicated one and would take all day and multiple people and they would have to reschedule for a few days later. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL, no attempt to send anyone to resolve my problem (but they had to send several people to resolve the other problem), and did not seem to care that they were canceling my scheduled appointment. Perhaps the other job was going to be more lucrative, who knows, but they left me in a lurch --and an entire weekend with no heat.
