I had originally reserved a generator from home depot and they canceled the reservation due to the item not being returned. The HD employee told me to try this place and it worked out great. Very friendly and accommodating with my reservation. Will definitely use them if I need a generator again!

Went back to Simon a couple times this past month, after 10 years of not doing much around our house, and both times they had what I wanted at a great price. Besides price and selection, their customer service is really amazing. They're polite, they ask about my project, they show me how to use whatever I'm renting, they help me load. I'm sure I'm not their bread-and-butter customer. I rent small stuff and only rarely. But they treat me like I'm their most important customer. Seriously, major props to Simon. I really hate yard work and I'm going to keep getting other people to do it for me when I can, but when I can't, I'm glad Simon is around.

I was a little hesitant at first, because I was hoping just to process the whole rental online. I am a Gen-X'er who thinks he's a Millennial, and don't like talking to people on the phone honestly. But, These people were recommended to me by my HVAC technician, and I'm so glad I found them.

The rental process couldn't have been easier. I called, and they emailed me the forms, I faxed back, they sent the equipment right away, and picked up punctuality, what more could I ask for?

Oh and also, the scissor lift rental was like brand new. Excellent condition. These guys are real professionals.

Everyone I interacted with was professional, kind, and knowledgeable - from the gentleman who picked up/delivered my forklift rental to the manager. Not only are they well-priced, they were incredibly responsive and efficient --and helped work with me when I was having trouble pinning down the right delivery window for a shipment I was expecting.
