Our 13 year old hot water heater broke down on Sunday. I called Simm's at 8 a.m. They asked me to take a photo of our heater and email it. I was called back in 5 minutes by Shelly. She said a repair man was coming out this morning. Mike arrived by 9:30 a.m. and finished the work by 11 a.m. installing our new hot water heater. He was friendly, courteous, and professional showing me how to relight the heater if necessary. I really appreciate Simm's quick response and work. We will get our bill in the mail. Great to see this kind of service on the coastside.

Ada, a plumber from Simm's, came to my home today to take care of what I thought were clogged pipes and to repair a rusted hose bib. He found that the problem wasn't clogged pipes and helped me understand that the problem is a couple of old, worn out toilets. He did repair the hose bib and a faucet that wasn't working properly in my bathroom. This type of honesty from a plumber was extremely refreshing and very welcome. He was wonderfully friendly and helpful with advice on what types of toilets to get.

Simm's pluming is absolutely wonderful; professional, knowledgeable and offer exceptional customer service. I manage a six room Inn, that has had it share of plumbing issues. Kathy and Sherry, who work in the office take excellent care of me, I have never met them in person but I feel we are already old friends, Elias, Steve and crew arrive on time make all necessary repairs in a very professional manner and leave the work area in perfect condition. Professionally and personally I will only use Simm's Plumbing.

My husband wanted to have some 'challenging' pipes re-routed for my walk-in shower, we had a visit from
Discount Plumbing (Daly City), they came over and said they'd 'get back' to us but they never did-
we figured the job might've been too challenging!
We called Simm's as a recommendation from a friend- Simm's came over, did an EXCELLENT job!
My Husb who works in construction, said they were awesome- he highly recommends them!
Don't use anyone especially if you live on the Coast!

I agree with the other comments - the work is stellar. The plumbers are quick and professional. I appreciated the fact they tried to give me the least expensive solution. Lately it feels like businesses have forgotten the old adage "" the customers always right"" but not Simms. They have a customer for life.

Peter from Simms came by today to replace my pressure gauge for the house plumbing. Did a great job! Watched him for awhile...he did great work! Checked a few of my other systems before he left. I set up an annual check up with them. Highly recommended!

This is a double edged sword kind of critique . I love Simms and use them alot but .......when you call the office it is by far the worst customer service ever ! Bar none ,..W , ever , you don't even know you're calling Simms , I literally had to ask twice . If I could give them a 0 stars just for the office lack of enthusiasm and downright rude behavior I would and I love these guys .
Other than the front office's worst customer service ever the crew is awesome and their work at Simms is incredibly good . I use them all the time here in rural La Honda . They are awesome .

Called mid-day about a sewage pump that wasn't working. The woman I spoke with (Shelly?) was very knowledgeable and helpful. Had the tech at our house the next day exactly as promised. The pump was repaired with no problems since. Will definitely call them again for any plumbing related problem.

These guys (Elias especially) are the greatest! Very knowledgeable, efficient, reasonably priced, and professional. Elias spent 45 minutes with me on the phone late on a Friday night to help me disengage a sprinkler that was out of control. He and his team are fantastic.

Had a pipe fitting fail on saturday morning of a 3-day weekend. Calle the office, left a message and Mike arrived within an hour or so. Made the repair quickly and professionally and departed. Assuming they charge reasonable prices when I get the bill I'll be happy, especially when there was no other plumber working the holiday!
