Simms has provided plumbing service on a number of occasions. Always professional and they are usually able to respond quickly (which is pretty much what you need for plumbing issues). Steve is hands on and went above and beyond in making sure I was happy with an ejection pump replacement. They also did a great job with a dual water tank install and have cleared my drains/lines a few times with priority. It is a pleasure to do business with Steve and his team.

I was referred to Simms for a 2nd opinion. We were told the repair was major and the cost $3100-3500.

Simms returned our call in 24 hours. The had a tech come out the same day. They said the repair was not major and would be under$200.00.

The work was complete in 30 minutes or less and I could jot thank them enough. This all happened during Christmas.

I would refer them to anyone! They are probably the last truthful plumbing service in business!

Simm's continues to be a fantastic company to work with. They just did a couple more projects for me and they were able to get me on the schedule quickly and the work was done efficiently. Eduardo, who did the work, was very accommodating of my family's hectic schedule (we have a 3 month old). Can't recommend Simm's highly enough.

Simms have been our go-to plumbers for over forty years. That says a lot. The Simms brothers originally plumbed the house we've been in for thirty years and have taken care of the household plumbing and the well ever since. (Just sorry they don't do irrigation too!) They are always reliable and the office staff is great. They bend over backwards to take care of their customers, and their rates are reasonable.

A big shout out to Steve Simm and his employees. Living on the coast for 30 years we have never seen or known anyone as kind as Steve. We have something called ""coastside mentality"" here on the coast. It is very difficult to find a knowledeable and honest plumber. He is definitely our ""Guardian Angel"". His employees do impeccable work. I have only to say his customer service and work ethics are far beyond 5 stars. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Happy New Year!

Called to get an estimate, was told I will get a call from ""owner"" Steve. Never called. I followed up again and was given the run around again. Very unprofessional. Do not bother with this company.
