Alexis K.If I could leave zero stars I would! HE DOESN'T PULL PERMITS!!!!!Please do not waste your time with this scam artist. Not only did he put the wrong size water heater in he blocked off the air handler. Not to mention the door won't even close due to the way he installed the drain valve on the water heater he decided to purchase. Now I am left with a 40 gallon water heater that I cannot get a refund for. I've now purchased the proper size one and am having to pay someone else to hook it up because he will no longer return my calls or text to come back and make things right. $1600 down the drain and he will not give me any of my money back or try to make things right by reinstalling the new one I purchased myself.
