Thanks to Simeone Plumbing's Loren, I can take a shower again! My faucet was leaking and had quit working entirely. Made the call at about 1:30 in the afternoon, and the problem was fixed by 5pm and at a reasonable price. And Loren gave me some good advice about a couple of other issues as well!

I'm sure they're phone was ringing off the hook during the coldest time of the year but they squeezed me in and fixed me burst pipe and some other small things as well. Great service. Nice people. Clear about costs. Seemed reasonable. Very pleased and would use them again!!!!!! Thanks again for making the extra effort to get out here today.

We've found our new plumbers! Friday night: 8:00 p.m. Uh oh! We noticed some sort of leaking noise coming from behind the refrigerator. Looked under the house and we had a full blown leak. Called four different plumbing companies and no one answered. Came up to Yelp to see if anyone was rated highly. We called Simeone and a wonderful lady answered the phone. 10 minutes later, Scott, our new plumber called and was over here within 15 minutes.

He was patient, tenacious and had a great sense of humor. He figured out what turned out to be a completely bizarre problem. He did it quickly, came up with a solution and with a minimum amount of damage.

Unfortunately, it's been leaking a week...and will probably result in a kitchen remodel. Doesn't matter though...Scott and Simeone Plumbing made a not-so-pleasant situation as tolerable as possible.

We'll be calling back...for the remodel. Thanks Scott and SImeone Plumbing!

We just opened a wine and beer bar in eastern Santa Rosa from a converted cyclery. Dom and his crew were on top of it from the start, even though there was not really any existing plumbing. Always prompt, knowledgeable and thorough from start to finish. Gina at the office always made sure everything ran smoothly solved any issues that arose. In a time when it is difficult just to get a call back from a plumber, this was a fantastic surprise.

Our main water line sprung a leak. It was under our concrete driveway. Simeone Plumbing's technician, Scott, came by on time and gave us a quote (not an estimate) based on his best guess as to how much concrete he'd need to cut through. It turned out the leak was farther up the line so he increased the quote by an appropriate amount.

Scott was extra careful in how he kept to a minimum the amount concrete he cut. He carefully protected tree roots and overhanging branches. He was always courteous and kept the water flowing to our house for most of the time he worked here (nearly three full days).

When he poured the concrete to fix the driveway, he first drilled holes in the sides of the cuts and inserted re-bar to strengthen the new pavement. Then he bagged up all the broken pieces of concrete and removed them.

In all...thorough, careful, quality work. Thank you Simeone Plumbing. And thank you Scott.

I made an appointment with Gina to have Loren come to my house the next day between 8:00 and 10:00 am to clear some drains.

Loren didn't show and didn't call.

I was watching a house for a neighbor when I discovered a leaking pipe under the house. The pipe had to be leaking for nearly two weeks before I saw and heard the evidence of the leak. I did not realize that most plumbers do not work on Saturday and the several that I called were not really willing to come over to check out the problem.
I then called Simeone and within an hour, on a Saturday afternoon, Loren was at the door. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and quickly assesed the problem. There was 4"" of water in the entire crawlspace. Yikes!!!! Loren installed a sump pump, came back and put in fan blowers, repaired the pipe and everything was repaired by the time the owners returned from their trip. He was also extremely neat and careful not to dirty the carpet. The estimate was extremely resonable considering it was an emergency on a sunny Saturday afternoon.The owner, Gina was also professional and friendly. There was great communication and the repairman was on time for each appointment.
I could not have been happier that the family didn't have to return to a big, messy problem.
I would recommend Simone to all my friends and family. Their professionalism was way above the norm. They are as good as it gets. If there were a 10 star rating system on Yelp, they would get a 10+. Thank You Simeone. Thank you Loren!!

We had a leaking shower and called Simeone. Mike came out shortly, helped us resolve the emergency, and arranged to come back the next day. Mike did a great job of resolving the problem, and showing us other areas that could be improved. Mike wasn't selling us in any way, they were issues that have made our house safer, and more comfortable to live in. Mike is also a great natural teacher, and showed me what he was doing, and also pointed out how the plumbing was laid out under the house.

It is great to know, that as new residents to Santa Rosa, we have a great plumbing company to call on.

We needed a plumber to repair a pipe under the house with a small leak. We haven't needed a plumber in the area, so used Yelp. We ended up hiring Simeone Plumbing and we're very happy with the results. Read on if you're the type of person who enjoys reading the whole story.

Gina was very pleasant and professional on the phone. Within a few minutes, we had an appointment scheduled for the next day. I was given a two-hour time window for the appointment. I requested a call when the plumber was on the way.

Our call came right on time the next morning, followed by the timely arrival of our plumber, Mike. He is highly competent, very professional, and extremely polite. He carefully prepared the work area to minimize any chance of leaving a mess. After many trips to the crawl-space under our home to complete his work, he cleaned up after himself completely, leaving no trace he had been there.

He noticed a few other things that would need attention eventually and provided a quick quote on those items. I felt absolutely no pressure to do any extra work. In fact, I appreciated his expert opinion and information about what I would expect to pay for those tasks.

I will contact Simeone Plumbing for future projects, and I will recommend them to friends who need a reliable plumber. Thanks Gina & Mike at Simeone!
