Quotes are not free. i knew it was a bad sign when the plumber came with a book of prices. They're the fast food type chain of plumbers. There's combo 1 for a patch up, combo 2 for this much work...get the idea? They are equipped to do many jobs but not cheap. I understand quality doesn't come cheap but thankful for competitive pricing so we paid for the quote, then looked for a plumber with reasonable pricing.

I can't say enough good things about this company. My garbage disposal backed up after I stupidly put apple peals down the sink. I called Simeone Plumbing and they said they only had one appointment available for today and that was not a time that worked for me. The lady I spoke to said that they had a couple appointments available tomorrow, but she was very sympathetic about my issue and she ended up having a plumber come to my house before his first appointment for what we both thought was a ""quick fix"". NOT.
Zack came over and he was very clean-cut, respectful, knowledgeable and determined to fix my problem. It turned out far worse than we thought. A pipe had come loose that he had to fix, and he had to snake our drain out twice and take my disposal off about three times. He did not leave until it was working perfectly. He even went up on the roof to check our drain there.
Simeone Plumbing charges by the job, not the hour. I was quoted a set price for the work, and even though he ended up spending over 4 hours fixing my problem, the price stayed the same. Zack cleaned up the mess and was super nice.
I HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone that wants the job done right.

I'm writing another review cause I probably was too harsh on the last one~ ok, their pricing is Extremely High for working class people like us. I was just shocked. So, no they're not thieves, just very High End pricing. The work they did seems fine.
And my check? I kept asking, and they say they deposited it. But it's never shown up as such on my statement, and my bank says No, it was never cashed or deposited- after nearly a month. So what's up with that?? It appears that they don't need the money. Very frustrating to deal with.

I own an apartment building in Santa Rosa and called Dominic to get a quote for a new water main for the buildings.

From the first time I spoke to Dom. In addition to a new mainline, I needed new shut off valves for the tenant units. Dom collected my info and had a quote for me in less than 24 hours. He made sure all my questions were answered and comfortable with the quote.

The project went smoothly and I received a call from one of my tenants complimenting the crew for being polite and clean.

After inspecting the project I noticed that without being asked, Dom's crew installed 30"" steel poles to protect the shut off risers from cars.

Somione will be the first company I call for plumbing work at my building.

We owned this builing for 4 years and every few months would have a plumbing emergency, the local plumber would come out and snake it out, but no one could find the sewer line so we couldn't fix it once and for all. We were told we would have to tear out part of the garage to get to it. Alfter many attempts with varioud plumbers, I had Simeon come in, they found the sewer line in under an hour, not anywhere near the garage, and close to the surface, giving us easy access. They simplified my life so much!!!! Highly recommend them.

I found these guys on yelp after I had called two other plumbers that never got back to me. I am SO GLAD THAT I FOUND THEM! They made an appointment to come out during that first phone call. I needed to have three bathrooms looked at and all of them needed to have bathtub, and shower faucets replaced, that was one of my challenges. The other was what replacement parts to use, what manufacturer would fit in the bathrooms and what style would match with other fixtures that I had. I was lost. Thanks for Gina ,who was so patient and understanding. From pictures that one of the plumbers took , she researched and researched and came up with several different options for all of our needs. We just had to pick the ones we likes and Gina went ahead and ordered everything. And then the plumber Lauren that came to do the work was professional, hard working and answered any and all questions that I had. I am VERY happy with the work that was done! And now all of the bathrooms have a flow and match. Thank you so much Simeone Plumbing. I would defiantly use you again!

I never went back and updated my original review which was less than stellar due to the bid. We ended up using them and they worked with us to make it affordable. They went out of there way to get the job done fast and the work was impeccable. In the end I would recommend them to anyone and will use them in the future. Sorry guys for not updating sooner!

***First off, if need a plumber call Simeone Plumbing now*** Now if want to read further here you go:
I should have written this a few months ago but time did not permit. So I really want you to know they are awesome! I live a 1950's house with galvanized plumbing. It had to be replaced not only because of the lovely rust but the pipes were getting thin. I had a few estimates and would have to say the moment I set up an appointment with Gina and met Domenic, I had a feeling they were going to be the ones. I did NOT want my drinking water to be sitting in plastic PEX. Domenic was the only one who didn't give me trouble about it and didn't try to talk me out of it. He understood my concerns with some rat gnawing the hell out of plastic, or a nail going through it, or my drinking water sitting in plastic all day. He said the price would be a little more and continued on. I replaced all the sewer lines too so this is involving a lot of work of cutting into the walls and going under the house. Also, moving some pipes around and installing tankless water heater. I told him I don't want cold water when showering because the washer is on and the dishwasher which had to be plumbed too. He gave me a fair small price to go up to a larger unti and sooooo glad I did! He was the best price and was able to start within a couple of weeks. He got the whole house done in less than a week; though those guys worked so hard and very long hours..they did it. For all the work they did and the long hours those guys put in, I appreciate it. To be honest I think he may have went over a little more than he thought it was going to cost but he stuck by his estimate. They called a month later to check to make sure everything was ok. Amazing work, reasonable price, and very very very professional. If you are still sitting there looking at who to use, let me save you the aggravation and just call Simeone Plumbing. Remember plumbing should last your lifetime. Don't cut corners and go with some flyby. He is local, licensed, professional, and honest. Also, want to say all the workers were very courteous and nice guys especially Ryan too. All local workers and owner. I could not be happier with the work they did.

I called on Thursday morning with a sewer problem. They said they were booked and didn't think they could fit me in until possibly Friday. After several long conversation they told me they would come out on Friday and would call in the morning to let me know when. I never got a call on Friday and when I call on Saturday they told me they were booked up until the following Thursday and couldn't do anything. I called Flowright Plumbing and they are coming out on a Saturday and the charge is the same as Simeone was going to charge.
