Made an appt. to get a leaky kitchen faucet fixed. Arranged my schedule around the appt. Simeone sent a confirmation text a day earlier--I missed it and didn't respond (my phone is swamped with unsolicited political texts). The company then sent a text 90 minutes before the appt to ask if they could come early. I was in the shower, up early to prep the area for the plumber, so couldn't reply. Simeone then informed me it would have to reschedule.

Why is it the client's job to confirm an appt? We had an arrangement. I get dozens of texts and hundreds of emails a day, don't really need one more. I was set to be home at the agreed upon time. Not my job to manage their schedules. I cancelled and called another plumber.

Our whole-house water filtration system was leaking water into our basement. So I called Simeone Plumbing.

The plumber arrived a day later and went into the basement with his trusty iPad job estimator device. We decided to simply remove the filter and bypass the filtration system for the time being.

His iPad had all sorts of boxes with wrenches pictured on them. He clicked away and then announced, ""That will be $471."" ""What?"" I responded. ""Ridiculous, I can remove the filter myself. It might take 20 minutes.""

The plumber clicked some more boxes and said, ""How about $365?""

""Nope, "" I told him. It was still too much. ""I'll pay you $300 flat."" I finally said.

He clicked some more and said, ""How about $288?""

""Deal,"" I said."" Not mentioning that he would have been ahead if he had just taken my best and final offer!

I asked him why I couldn't just pay him by the hour... ""Oh, we don't do that anymore.""

I know why. Plumbing has entered the realm of buying a used car. Heavy -duty negotiation to get a fair deal. I can't imagine how many unsuspecting customers just pay what Simeone Plumbing first demanded.

Very bad way to do business.

P.S. The owner called and I explained my complaint about their random pricing. I hope they play back their recordings of the call. The owner said, ""I don't like your tone. F**k you!"" And hung up on me. I've never in my life had a business say that to a customer.

Our old boiler died. The local plumbing company gives terrible service, and quoted an outrageous price for a new boiler. We contacted a top notch boiler manufacturer, and they recommended Simeone Plumbing. The owner, Domenic, came all the way from Santa Rosa to The Sea Ranch to evaluate our boiler set-up, and make sure that the new installation would be perfect. Within days Simeone Plumbing obtained an excellent boiler for us, and had it installed by Micah, their wonderful technician. Micah is not just a plumber, he is an artist! He soon had the new boiler and control panel humming, and his elegant copper piping work is beyond compare! The price was far less than the local company, and included labor and ""all the bells and whistles."" Domenic and Gina Simeone are really kind and helpful, and give the best service we have ever had! If you need any type of plumbing service, give Gina a call! Simeone Plumbing is The Greatest!

NO EMERGENCY SERVICES

Sub basement was flooding. Above sump pump was not working. Quoted a week till someone could come out. I used someone else.

Receptionist Olivia was kind enough but they could not perform the emergency servicer.

My water heater had been mis-installed by someone who didn't know what he was doing. Simeone gave me a clear estimate and delivered a perfect installation which was not only clean but met the building code and passed the inspection with flying colors.
Everyone I dealt with at Simeone was a gem. Hard-working, efficient and focused.

The one star is for receptionist. I have never had services from a plumber! Most important thing to know....receptionist is first person anyone has contact with whether in person or on phone. And my interaction has been by phone. I've called a number of times (3) requesting a quote for service. Receptionist has taken my name and number saying manager would contact me . Haha that has never happened. I have moved on to another plumbing contractor company but want to leave this review for others who might be interested in services from Simeone Plumbing . Being forewarned is forewarned!

After some expensive, unreliable and unsuccessful repairs by a different plumber I was recommended Simeone Plumbing by my tankless water heater company, Navien. Simeone sent out a Navien certified plumber who told me the truth about what was going on with my system. He spent a few hours fixing all of the issues as well as doing some extras like insulating the system pipes. And all this for less than the previous plumber who didn't even fix the system. I highly recommend Simeone and their Navien certified plumber Micah.

I called a couple plumbers and Simeone was the most response to come out and evaluate the problem, electrolysis corrosion of copper pipes. Mica showed up on time. Repairs finished on schedule and cleaned up after he was finished. Will call them again when needed for plumbing repairs.

I have dealt with a few different plumbing services and most often just do the work myself even though it takes me probably 10x as long for the same job.

I reached out to Simeone Plumbing on Tuesday for a Dishwasher install. I had gotten a quote and felt it was reasonable for the job. The customer service representative Olivia was polite and had a very positive attitude. She was extremely helpful when it came to scheduling my appointment as soon as possible. I was able to get an appointment for Thursday 2/7 between 10-12.

The professional that showed up for the Company was Loren. He came in with a positive attitude, was friendly and respectful. He assessed the situation and began working immediately.

Once Loren began working we discovered that we were missing some brackets. Instead of just leaving and saying sorry. He ran to the hardware store and picked up some screws to get the job done. He went above and beyond to make the brand new unit work and mount up. The job ended up being more difficult and he never let it affect his attitude. He stayed positive, problem solved and got it done.

I was not charged extra for the time, Simeone Plumbing kept the price they initially quoted.

I have made sure to mention Simeone plumbing to anyone when it comes to honest hard work and a reputable company that stands behind their service. I am not the best when it comes to leaving reviews. But when I feel service is either really good, or really bad. I make sure to share that experience.

Great business. Olivia answers phone, great job. Sent Mark over to my house to look at the job. Mark was outstanding, crawled under house and
found leak. Next day, came back to complete job. He was very professional and fixed the leak. Mark was outstanding and took his time to explain to me what he did. I will recommend Simeone Plumbing to everyone.
