I am extremely pleased with Simeone Plumbing and recommend them without hesitation. I have used their services twice - once with a standard, scheduled hot water heater replacement a few months ago (zero complaints, installed quickly, fair price, works perfectly) and again today for an emergent situation.

Last night we noticed a huge bubble in the ceiling over our downstairs bathroom... the bubble soon became a giant hole as water, sewage, sheetrock & insulation came tumbling down. It was as pleasant as it sounds. We quickly assessed and realized it was an issue with the upstairs toilet. Simeone was the ONLY company who responded immediately, squeezed us in & had a technician out same day for a quote AND full replacement of both toilets and seals/pipes/connections. Micah was timely, knowledgable and stayed late to get the job done. The communication with the office is topnotch.

Plumbing issues are never fun (seriously - never fun) but Simeone will be the only company I call from now on.

We recently had a horribly bad plumbing problem. There was a nasty smell coming from under the house and the first plumber we called could not even find the clean out in our yard to begin analyzing the situation. I hit the jackpot when I called Simeone, because the gentleman they sent out first miraculously found the clean out buried 10"" deep and under a tree root, and then crawled and dug though our hellish not-up-to-code crawlspace to find the source of the problem. VERY bad stuff- broken sewer right under the foundation.
This extremely professional gentleman proceeded to fix this nasty and very difficult to access problem in a very timely manner. As awful as the whole thing was, the silver lining was having the experience of dealing with such a friendly, skillful and decent person.
Thank you, Simeone. I would recommend you to anyone.

Michael came out to our house because we had low pressure in the kitchen faucet only on the cold side. He said that it could be a couple of things and one was to first check the stop check on the cold water side - he found that it was plugged he replaced it and how everything is work excellent.
I would highly recommend them for any plumbing issues - on time, polite and efficient.

I had a leak in kitchen sink pipe, my husband fixed part of it but there was more and of coarse it was a sat. Contacted them they came out the same day and fixed it. I had to pay a little more but that's ok it was worth it. No stress on our end !! Micah was was awesome very professional and very nice. I will call them again if I need any plumbing problem .. thanks !!!

We had a leak in our main water line. Our neighbor very confidently recommended Simeone Plumbing and he was right. Zack came out with his equipment , very quickly found the leak, repaired it the next morning along with replacing a broken faucet. Zack has a great attitude and knows his stuff. We will definitely be using this company again.

We got back from a long weekend to find the sewer backed up. My husband rented a snake, and after a few frustrating hours, told me to find a plumber. I went through lots of Yelp reviews, and decided on Simeone.
It was great to have a live person answer the phone, and she was able to make an appointment for Zack to come out in a few hours. I wasn't here when he arrived, but my husband tells me he was prompt, communicated clearly, talked about the price before proceeding, and was able to resolve the issue (at least for now; unfortunately it will eventually be a much bigger job). My husband said it was well worth the money to hire Simeone, which is amazing, since he hates hiring people and has always insisted he'd rather do the work himself. Next time we need a plumber, I know who to call!

All the good comments praising Zack are true. He knows what he's doing, is honest, and easy to deal with. The Water Department claims we have a leak which we've not been able to locate. Zack spent 20 minutes checking our meter and found no evidence of a slow leak. He checked our sinks and found no evidence of any leaking. Our toilets have been given the ""dye in the tank"" test and do not leak. We do not irrigate and the irrigation is permanently shut off. This is a meter reading error. Period.

Zack was not going to charge us for the call which felt wrong to me. So he accepted a small payment for his time---which he more than deserved. A high five stars!

Great speedy service! Zach came out and and was a professional. He was able to tell us what the problem with our toilet was. It sucks to have plumbing issues but if I ever need another plumber in the future I will be calling Simeone Plumbing for sure. The entire experience from start to finish was positive.

Best Plumbers I have found. Courteous & Honest! Prices are average - but hey people plumbing does not come cheap so do not expect it. They do good work & the point is no leaks & no worries. I have recommended them to many.
