Very interesting when advertising competitive pricing. Yet not even close. They wanted to charge to Solder ball valve that cost 13$ and takes 10 min to do 215$

They picked up the phone within two rings, came to my house 10 minutes later, and attempted to fix the pipes feeding my tankless water heater, but learned it would take a custom part. Top notch service in Peoria, AZ. Licensed, bonded, insured, and self-employed. I discovered water on floor by kitchen sink, found base cabinet flooded. Called Simba Plumbing mid morning and got same-day service for 3 pm. The principal, Stefan, arrived on time and delivered old-school craftsmanship IMO. The emergency work was done so well and so fast, we asked for another repair, a stuck bathtub faucet. No problem, quick trip to get the brand-name cartridge, then returned and finished everything by 4:30 or so. Very agreeable prices, very professional work.

My plumbing problems were resolved with Simba plumbing! I had a ""contractor"" who was unable to adjust the hot water in all faucets/showers. The ""contractor"" claimed there were no more options to resolve my hot water situation.

Easy to schedule. Accurate quote before coming to my house. Price was 1/4 of a large AC/plumbing company in Phoenix.
