Silvio is a life-saver!! My house failed a hydrostatic test while under contract for sale. We had to have a 35 foot sewer line replaced and were in a huge hurry to meet the buyer's closing deadline. After being quoted $13K by two other companies, we called Silvio. His price was lower and he made us his total priority, beginning the job with 1 day's notice and working on Sunday to get it done. His crew was so fast and they did an incredible job digging the trench, handling the permitting/engineer process, replacing the line, suspending it from the concrete and back-filling it all within 3 days (in the summer heat no less). He left the place extremely clean.
I couldn't be happier with his professionalism, management of the permits, quick work and clean-up. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Silvio!

Silvio came to my home and really screwed up my shower valve body and then left leaving me with a leaking faucet and I had to contact another plumber to come and get it fixed correctly - beware of money hungry plumbers looking to only make a fast buck - I will be contacting the BBB and the plumbers licensing board to try to keep him from doing to other people

On referral from a realtor, I had Silvio's Plumbing replace the pipes in my front yard. Some months later, the same problem in the pipes appeared again. I have called Silvio 5 times, with him saying that he's coming out. He's a no-show; he has not come out, and he has not called to communicate with me. He took my good money (not a little bit, either), and now with my two bathrooms backed up, he's nowhere in sight. I was told he's a "master plumber." But he does not back up his work, and even if your house is in danger of flooding, he does not care. I advise all of you out there who want a good plumber, do not call Silvio's Plumbing.

We have been using Silvio's Plumbing for years to help with our investment properties, as well as our own home. He always responds quickly and comes out to review and get started on the issue asap. His prices are always fair as well.

From under foundation leaks where he and his team have had to do do extensive demo, repair, then close up again, to minor plumbing clogs. They are always prompt, tidy, and have done a great job. This is a hardworking small company that stands by their work. Highly recommended.

Silvio is my plumber for life! He is thorough, responsive, fast and cost effective.

He changed out our whole sewer line which required digging 45' of tunnel under our house. The project was huge and I'm so thankful for Silvio and his crew.

He has done other line work on another house of ours and fixed quite a few busted pipes. For this kind of work he's amazing! I'm so thankful to have a competent and quality guy like Silvio to call.

I asked Silvio to service a tankless water heater that had gone out on my tenants. He inspected the unit, decided it needed a new gas line, quoted a price and began the work three days later. When he came back to start, the first thing he did was cut a big hole in my drywall. According to the tenants, when Silvio looked into the attic it looked like he decided the work was too hard. He packed up and never came back. He wouldn't return phone calls or texts. Apparently he didn't care that he was leaving a family (with a three year old) without hot water or with a huge hole in the drywall.
