Wil N.requested repair on our ac unit in December. repairman Don stated that he would return with the part to complete repair but has yet to return or answer our phone calls. company is aware that service was never complete and that there are children in this house without heat. whether dealing with their main office in vegas or the phoenix office, I would not recommend doing business with this company.
