Requested some work around capping outlets and installing new outlets. When I made my appointment (a week in advance) I was clear I could not do earlier than 10am due to conference calls. They give me 10 am to 11 am arrival window. All is well.

Day of appointment the tech comes out an hour early. I'm actively leading the call I'm on so I can't just stop what I'm doing and accommodate the tech. He goes away and I get a call at 9:40 that he is waiting. I continue my call until 10 am completion and the central office tell me he has left to go help a colleague. So, come 10:30 I have no tech on site and pull the plug on the whole thing.

Incredibly unprofessional and tone deaf to basic customer service. Might be brilliant electricians, but I'll never know. Will not consider using ever again.
