I don't know how their work is but we did receive a bill for $75 +tax just for them to come and estimate the project, of which they were 30% more expensive than the other bid we received, so we didn't go with them. We also had to wait two weeks for them to come out to estimate and then another week to receive an estimate. I wasn't informed until we received the estimate that they charged us for this time. We truly felt like they were doing us a favor and weren't interested in any more business, especially ours.

After a friend's recommendation I called fir help with a nee bathroom vanity. Chris arrived right on time and was friendly from the start. He worked hard, got the job done perfectly. Good communication and informative.

Awhile back we were out of town and our tenant had a leak under the kitchen sink, so we called Silverdale Plumbing. They were there 2-3 minutes. They tightened a plastic fitting (loosely). Less than a month later it was leaking again. I was back in town this time and tightened it myself. I am a petite female, and not at all athletic. The piping has not leaked for the last few years. The plumber did little to no work, was there a few minutes, and couldn't even decently tighten the loose fitting that is made to tighten by hand, so he didn't even need a tool?? He also did NOT tell my tenants what the issue even was, as it is obviously something they could take care of themselves, should it happen again. They just happened to notice, thankfully.

They are there to take your money. Period.

Silverdale Heating and Plumbing was responsive, up front about cost, and delivered service in a timely manner. We had a job requiring a Master Plumber and Troy completed the job quickly and professionally. He explained what needed to be done and finished the job, offering to come back out for any further needs. I recommend them.

I would like to highly recommend Silverdale plumbing. We needed out water heater replaced. We had our own and what we needed done was to get the old one removed and the new one places. We got quoted by 4 and those 4 all quoted us for over $1,000 another company for $654. Silverdale plumbing you pay by the hour. We payed less than $200. The guy that came was super nice. I would recommend you guys get quotes from different places. I'm so glad we went with them.

My mother in law called to have a plumber repair a leaking hose bib. The plumber tightened 2 things , was there less than 2 minutes , and charged her $136. The hose bib continued to leak , but they still insisted that she pay the bill. She had to have a second plumber come from a different business who fixed it perfectly for $60.
