Art Cake, our departed owner, established this business in 2004. Since that time, Silverado Rooter & Plumbing has transformed into a full-service plumbing company offering emergency services around the clock. Your trust means a lot to us, and we are here to serve you!
Leroy Johnson brings 38 years of plumbing experience to our team. He began his career as an apprentice and worked his way up to President of a leading plumbing company in Tucson. Our late owner Art Cake invited Leroy to take on the role of CEO at Silverado Rooter and Plumbing in 2018, and we miss him dearly. Leroy's combination of technical know-how, teamwork, and management has allowed Silverado to grow from 15 trucks to more than 40.
Leroy is committed to assisting students in obtaining an education that serves both them and our community. Students receive thorough in-house training and work alongside experienced plumbers. Silverado ensures they are certified in various services, including leak detection. Thanks to Leroy's foresight, our company now significantly contributes to the community by offering young people pathways to become skilled and well-paid tradespeople.

I called the message service on a Sunday afternoon and was promptly called back by Raymond. He was up front about the hourly rate for a Sunday, but also gave me some advice on how to tackle solving the problem (a leaky outdoor faucet water line) myself. He even called me back a few hours later to see how it turned out.
His willingness to help was ""above and beyond"" what I expected....especially on a Sunday! But his service has earned them my trust when it's time to remake my outdoor water line.
Jenn C.We had an issue with our bathroom drain Julian and Ramon came out, trouble shot, and fixed our issue. They cleaned up after they were done and were kind, respectful, and even engaged in conversation with us as they worked. Hopefully we won't need a plumber anytime soon but if we do I will not hesitate to call them! Great job Julian and Ramon!
Aaron M.Oliver Streck came out today to stop a leaky water heater and did an excellent job. Both technicians were super friendly and helpful. They explained the issue and resolved it within minutes. I highly recommend Silverado Rooter & Plumbing!!! Great job guys!!
Anna T.I'm living in a rental property and our hot water heater began pouring water on Monday. The landlord contracted Silverado to come replace the tank. They gave a two hour window and arrived as scheduled. The two technicians were friendly and knowledgeable. The tank I have was a nonstandard size so they weren't able to swap it out on Tuesday. Normally, they keep tanks and parts on their truck for quicker repairs. The landlord said it would probably be Thursday before the replacement would be in. Oliver, from Silverado, brought a new tank over Wednesday evening rather than waiting for Thursday morning as had been scheduled. They knew I was here with two sick kiddos and truly needed to have hot water back on as soon as possible. I appreciate the two techs coming out and working late to get the water heater replaced. They worked quickly, cleaned up after themselves, and were very polite. I highly recommend Silverado for any of your issues. Now I need to go catch up on dishes
Jeff L.Silverado was recommended to us by the property management company we use here in town for some of our rental units - early on they were fine. Reasonable prices and the service was ok. However the quality of their plumbers dropped off and we had a couple really bad experiences - rude, dismissive - had one tech out to fix a drain attachment to a cast iron drain tell me that the sink drain was hooked up incorrectly - he didn't fix it, just noted it was wrong on his way out with no details. Nice. The final straw was my wife met them at another property to get an estimate to replace a couple old style sinks (steel connectors coming out over the sinks instead of copper stub outs under the sink) - they were rude and told her it probably had steel behind the walls (it doesn't - a professional would walk over to the water heater and look and what's coming out of the wall) and said if that was the case the property probably wasn't worth doing anything with anyway. Just ridiculous excuse for professionalism, freaked my wife out and made her cry for Pete's sake. Told my property manager to never send them out to any of our properties again for any reason and they relayed they were having problems with other sites with them and were switching to Pioneer. Good move - Pioneer was miles more professional, respectful, excellent workmanship on all jobs we've sent them out on. Maybe Silverado has gotten its service attitude turned around but I don't care - they'll never get another dime from me.
Otis and Julian from Silverado plumbing are the best. They responded to a call for an issue with my toilet and took the extra step to help me with my garbage disposal even though it was not part of their service call. They were professional and fast, and made sure the job was done right. Thank you guys, I appreciate you!
Pam W.Okay well ...Mr. Oliver Shreck was wonderful. He put in my water heater hooked me all up and did a great job.. Very personable, friendly informational guy..
Thank you
Shelly T.BEST EVER....VERY VERY HAPPY!!! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND & WILL USE AGAIN!!!
Karter Jones & Matt Montanaro were the two Best Plumbing Technicians we have EVER USED!
They literally fixed an on-going Water Pressure Issue within 10-15 Minutes!
They were both courteous & professional.
Their service was Quick & Prompt.
The water pressure issue was plagued our family for months!! It made everyday chores and water related daily tasks tedious and painstaking! (to say the least)
We were at our wits end & would have done anything to have the issue fixed!!!!
They were honest and told us exactly what the problem was.....And Fixed It!! The first time, the right way.
They could have given us the run around and charged us for hours of unnecessary labor,
BUT THEY DID NOT!!
THEY WERE HONEST & TRUSTWORTHY!!!!
It was a real pleasure dealing with them,
They Bring a Sense of Integrity
Back To Home Services!!!
Could Not Be MORE PLEASED!!!
THANK YOU SILVERADO PLUMBING!!
THANK YOU VERY MUCH KARTER & MATT!!
Sean & Shelly Cook (appreciate it fellahs).
Very substandard work. Called out for a faucet leak for an unusual type faucet. We told them it needed a special order gasket kit. A guy came out, messed around with o rings, snipped one, I guess by accident, and just put it back on. Tried to cover it up with caulk. Then put one on underside of faucet... leak was from the top. Then lowered water pressure? Like that was a solution? The fix lasted less than a week. Found a great plumber on Craigslist. Knew exactly what needed to be done, also gave me several options.
Sivine L.I am a new, first time homeowner and of course as soon as you fix something, something else breaks. My kitchen sink had been giving me some trouble for a few weeks and I attempted multiple DIY fixes between using a bladder, drain chemicals, and a snake to try and fix the clog. My house was built in the 50's so I wasn't sure if the problem would be simple or complex, especially since all my attempts resulted in absolute failure. Of course that is the fear when it comes to the cost of the issue at hand. Daniel quoted me a price for the visit and a general unclogging job fee. The price seemed very reasonable and he assured me if it were to cost more than that, the technician would let me know before performing the work. The industrial sized snake they had wheel into my home completed the job and I got my kitchen sink in full functioning order again for a small fee! My technicians were super professional and were in & out in roughly 40 minutes. It's obvious this place has awesome management. I'll always use them if their prices, technical skill, and customer service stays the same!
