We called because we had a dripping shower head. After several estimates, we called Silverado Plumbing. They were quick to set an appointment and Michael, the technician got it fixed within an hour. He was courteous and efficient. Couldn't have asked for better service. We will call them for all our future plumbing needs!

I called Silverado for a leak under my kitchen sink. Gabriel came when he said he would, was professional (put on booties not to track rain into my apartment) and pleasant. It turned out that all he needed to do was screw a piece of piping back into place. It took him 1 minute. He tested the other side of the sink to see if there were any issues there. No problem with the other side of the sink. Because there was so little he had to do he didn't charge me for the service call. And that was on a Sunday. Outstanding service. Outstanding service man. I recommend Silverado and Gabriel Aguilar very highly.

Silverado can't be beat! We have used them in the past great service! This morning we had a water heater leak. Called Silverado at 8 am they were out here by 10 and replaced our water heater with no hassle! Tom and Bobby were friendly, prompt, professional, and did a great job! Thank you!

It took 3 days to receive a quote after they came out for an estimate. I called to schedule the repair after I received the quote and I was told I would receive a call from the scheduler w/in 24 hours. I called after 24/48/72 hours and each time I was told they were working on it and I would receive a call within a few hours. I finally gave up and decided to call a more reliable company.

The estimate was e-mailed to me on Wednesday evening. I have the e-mail as proof in response to their comment. I called at least twice to follow-up on the estimate.

Precise & Pinpoint leak detection under the interior slab with sonar equipment ( Thanks Tony!) and a couple days later Aaron & Gilbert came with jack hammer & dug so only 3 tiles ( 16""x 16"") were disturbed. They worked surprisingly quiet & exposed the kinked copper by noonish and repaired & cleaned up efficiently. Minimum dust & disruption & clear descriptions of what was needed. Next day office called about my satisfaction which is 5 stars out of 5 possible.
