Enrique did a great job! He even came over at 5:15pm to install the new hot water heater, as my home warranty took over 24 hours to approve the claim but Enrique wanted to ensure that we had hot water as soon as possible. I will definitely use his services again!

Enrique and his assistant were all down to business. Arrived in 1/2 hour like they said, and responded to the fixing of my water service line to the house in just 4 hours or less. They also responded to my job request thru HomeServUsa in just minutes. Which in turn had everything fixed in just the same day I called in the leak problem. Don't bother! They received the work order Sunday night; we spoke with them at 8:15 Monday morning & were promised a 4-5pm arrival time for a plugged kitchen sink (it had been that way for 2 days already); they NEVER showed, NEVER called or texted. Voice mail full, so communication was impossible.

I was looking for a plumber who could take care of installing my new garbage disposal over the July 4th Holiday weekend. Tried calling several businesses, but everyone was off for the Holiday or did not work on weekends. When I called Silverado Plumbing and spoke with Enrique...I thought how lucky I was that he had offered to come out the morning of July 4th, at no additional charge. Unfortunately the disposal we had purchase had been returned to the store by someone, after they had taken out the part they wanted and the store had just put it back on the shelf. When Enrique showed up, it could not be installed as is and we needed to find another disposal. Enrique was so kind and offered to come back and install it over the weekend if we could arrange to purchase another disposal. My husband secured the same model in Santa Rosa and Enrique again returned to our Napa home and did a fantastic job. He was fast and professional, taking care of the leak our old disposal had caused and leaving the kitchen looking perfect and looking untouched. I cannot say enough about how happy we were to have met Enrique and what great service he provided us. We will definitely be using him again for all our plumbing needs in the future. We have told others in the neighborhood about his fast, courteous, and great service and I hope he will get lots more business because he is a true gem! Thanks Enrique Bev & Jack
