Very good service, very fair on the price too. Fixed my massive water leak and had good ideas to improve on what i asked for to prevent future leaks without jacking up the price. Fast and complete service. 100% recomend.

WORST PLUMBING COMPANY EVER! RUN, RUN, RUN! This company left my elderly mother in law without working plumbing on two separate occasions. Brad Baca sent unlicensed plumbers out here who did damage to her house and then abandoned the project, leaving her without working bathrooms. What's worse, he refused to come out here to make it right. On one occasion, he failed to pull a permit where it was required.

I reported them to the state licensing agency and I encourage anyone else who has dealt with them to do the same. We are outside of T or C (not San Francisco).

I can't speak about price, because they were servicing the entire block. I honestly can't even say if they did a good job. The only reason they were at my house is because my house had one of the two meters on the block. Bacas couldn't find either of them. It took them two days to find one They made the incorrect assumption that all of us who live here are ""crackheads"" (His words, not mine)
I found the name calling unprofessional. I said as much to the man who claimed to be the boss. If you need plumbing service in TprC go somewhere else. These guys were here for two days and now I have a weird ditch in my yard? They deserve their single star. It's worth the money to go with someone else.

I hired Brad at Baca 4 weeks before I was scheduled to move my park model home to my lot in Elephant Butte. On March 22, I met him on site and told him what I needed... I needed him to relocate the water and sewer to where my house would be placed, test the water line to be sure I had a clear line and that there were no leaks, and to install an outdoor water spigot, which I had on site, just needed to be installed. I showed him where I wanted the spigot, and he told me he would have Bobby come out and put a shut off valve on the water line so when the water meter was turned on, it wouldn't send water everywhere, and that he would install the water spigot in one of two locations we had discussed. I told him then that the meter was ready to go, as it had been turned on that morning, all he needed to do was to open the shut off valve at the street. He sent me a bill for $155 for installing the spigot and placing the shut off valve. I paid it promptly.
On April 9th, I brought all my outdoor plants down, my storage unit, etc., and much to my surprise, NOTHING HAD BEEN DONE. There was an $18 shut off valve on the end of the water hose, but no spigot had been installed and nothing had been moved. I called and talked to him and he told me he would have someone out that Monday. Nobody came. The other contractors working on my property were in touch with him several times, and Brad kept saying he would be there at a certain time, and then just never would show up. As the time was drawing nearer to the date my house was to be moved, he wouldn't take my calls on his cell, and just wouldn't get back to me. When I called his office directly, the person who answered was so rude, they basically said they would get to it when a they could. Even 2 days before, it was still not done. I was so stressed out by this time, I was literally sick at my stomach. The other contractors kept trying to reassure me, but even they were skeptical it would be completed in time.
So, April 21 comes, the day we are moving my house, and when we get there, the water and sewer pipes had been moved, but all the trenches were still open, so the house could not be placed. Yeah, that's right. They came out THAT morning, after having had a whole month, the trenches were still open and my house is literally sitting in the road. The other contractors met me at the site, and one of them called Brad to ask him what the hell was going on. Brad gave the contractor permission to cover the trenches, so 2 of them and I had to fill them in with just a tiny shovel and a rake. So, the house gets placed, all the water, sewer lines are set up under the house, and still, no water. Turns out that Baca moved the water line, but never did the test to see if it was clear and working. So, once again, he's not answering his phone, so I called the water company and they came and confirmed the water was on, and suggested the water line may have been capped. So, I get out my shovel and after about an hour of digging, find that the main water line was capped, and the water line Brad ran wasn't even hooked up to the main line. Seriously? Again, the other contractor on site called Brad, and some HVAC guy came out, and hooked up the water line to the main pipe by installing a coupling, but still never tested to see if there was water. (Brad kept saying the meter wasn't on and that's why the water wasn't tested, but it was on, and had been on since March 22.)
When the water was finally connected, turns out, so much dirt had been allowed to get in the water line, and because Brad never tested it to be sure it was clear and ready to go, all that dirt and rocks got into all the plumbing in my house and clogged up everything. When I called Brad and told him what had happened, and that I had another plumber come out and that my whole house had to be re-plumbed as a result, he just blamed it all on everyone else, and was pretty much just ""too bad, so sad."" ""Don't know what to tell you. Not my problem."" Ended up having to pay $2658. to have my entire house re-plumbed, my hot water heater had to be flushed, and I had to replace my shower filter, shower head and make repairs to the toilet, which I did myself.
I called CID to see what could be done, and when I reached out to Brad to let him know, he threatened to call off my final inspection with the state, and would ""RED FLAG"" my permit so I wouldn't be able to get my final, which is funny, because he has no power to do that, but that's the kind of guy he is. CID said he was just threatening to try and intimidate me. Since then, he threatened to file a defamation suit if I posted any negative reviews.
Now I have to file in small claims to be reimbursed.
Save yourself a ton of trouble.. hire anyone but this company, as they couldn't care less if they even finish the job, to say nothing about the quality (or lack thereof) of their work. If I could give negative 5 stars, I would.

I had them install an AC. It took absolutely forever to get them to finish the job. They left the out of the house a disaster. They left things not even hooked up. They had the nerve to tell me everything was done. Half a year later it still isn't done and now he's telling me his business is closed temporarily.

These guys kept telling me the central air conditioning in my apartment was fixed, then it didn't work again, they came back, etc., numerous times. On Monday 8/31/2020 I went into my kitchen after I left and found that some of my notes on my refrigerator whiteboard had been erased and they also left me a nasty note about what they thought of my kitchen (which they had to go through to get to the A/C) not being clean enough for them. I called TorC police and this destruction of my work isn't something they can act on (there were important notes I need for my work). I called my apartment manager and he said that Baca denied all knowledge but they were the only ones in my apartment -- it sure wasn't gremlins. They can no more be believed about this than they can about whether the A/C was fixed right.

Excellent customer service and workmanship. My refrigerated air unit went out and without any hesitation Brad came out to help me the day I called because he knew I had kids. He moved his schedule around to get me in immediately without any hesitation. I reccomend Baca Sercice Company.

He looks at the property, gives a quote. Does not complete the work because he says it will ""come out of his pocket"" to finish. I will have to pay someone else to finish the job. He is very nice on the front end and very rude when he is confronted with not finishing the job. His company is a scam.
