Silver Tree was the company my builder used to install my Bryant furnace in 2020. Last week the furnace was stopping and starting so I called Silver Tree to have someone come and check it out. They said the initial call would be $150 for diagnosis of the problem. After about 30 minutes of testing, it was the blower motor that was bad and needed to be replaced. They told me that the initial $150 would be credited back and now it would be $600 to replace the blower motor that was covered by warranty. The replacement took about 45 minutes. So basically it was $600 for 2 hours of labor and a courier service to deliver the part. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY--WAY TOO EXPENSIVE!

I only interacted with 1 person from the company and it was memorable. From a rude greeting to telling me what I can and cannot do in my own home. It was shocking and a bit scary. They won't be invited back. He wouldn't even let me see the item he was installing and told me to leave him alone in my bedroom. Go elsewhere.

Worst experience ever, please do not contact or use this company for any HVAC needs. My neighbors and I had our homes built in 2018 and the builder contracted with with Silver Tree. Since moving into my home, I have had countless issues with the water heater, furnace, and most recently the air conditioner. Every outside HVAC contractor that I've hired to diagnose and fix the problems have commented on the problems with the quality workmanship, quality of the install, and obvious apparent lack of knowledge in the trade of their employees. It's really unfortunate to have a home built less than 5 years ago that everything installed by this company has problems and poor quality of the work done itself. If it's not a problem with my own equipment, I feel as if I can look outside in my cul-de-sac and see another HVAC service company in the driveway of one of my neighbors trying to fix and repair the problems from this company. In addition, I've also contacted Silver Tree to give them an opportunity to do right by the problems and not only did I receive ""not available"" response and what appeared to be a disconnected line, but once I was able to be in touch, they seemed irritated by any of my concerns and escalated my feelings of distrust in their ability to properly fix the problem. Please do not support this company, it's unfortunate I have to post this review, but only hope to protect future consumers. If Silver Tree has any concerns with my post, I am more than happy to edit my review and add photo evidence to back my claims of poor workmanship and quality of install.

Don't cal for service unless you still have a warranty. They apparently "" technically don't do service unless it's under warranty "". Just to save you a phone call.

We had a radon fan installed in our attic by Silver Tree Plumbing and Heating in Sept 2016, a fan with a 5 year warranty. The fan quit in July 2018 and was replaced. The new fan recently starting sounding like a small plane in our attic and I have again requested Silver Tree service via their web site and leaving messages via phone. Absolutely no contact from Silver Tree Plumbing and Heating. No one will return our request for service calls, even though the fan is under warranty.
