My drain flooded and needed to be cleared. No one would come out, however, Silver Streak Rooter were able to come out the same day and clear it out. I appreciate the work done. They had a camera that was great because they were issues with a rooting issues that broke the line. They were able to replace rotted pipe. Now it draing fine!

Had a great experience. I had scheduled an appointment for Monday, but they were able to find an opening for me on Friday, so I didn't need to worry over the problem all weekend. Very friendly and professional, they were able to clean out the clog quickly with no issues.

We had THE BEST EXPERIENCE with Silver Streak Rooter yesterday. After the water backed up for a second time in my 93 yr old dad's apartment, we called them abt 8:30ish a.m. Monday. We live in a 105 yr old house, and all the inside plumbing is new, BUT, you never know about the outside pipes to the street. By abt 12:45 they came rolling in, and they called first to let me know they were on their way, which I appreciated. They cleaned out our main pipe, all 180 ft of it, and have the capability to do more if necessary. They asked if I wanted them to camera scope it, and I say yes please! I got to watch the whole ""movie"", on a VERY CLEAR SCREEN and picture. I got to see every joint myself, all the way to the city 6 in pipe, where our responsibility ends. Thank God in heaven, it's all new, heavy duty pvc pipe! All the joints are perfect but one had tiny hair roots from a large tree. They told us, and this coming from 40+yr in the business, not to worry. They said use root killer to pkg directions, and another bio product to ""seed"" the pipe with the good bacterial film that eats paper and organics. I've already written this on my calendar to the end of the year. I REALLY LIKE this company A LOT. They are professional, their van is marked and identifiable, their equipment is modern and kept clean and in top notch condition. I've been in the trades my whole life until now, taking care of my dad. I KNOW what I'm looking at. Best of all, they are knowledgeable, kind, informative, prompt, friendly and patiently answered all my questions. I'm not understanding any of the negative reviews, but from one in the trades, who's dad was also a tradesman, these guys are the real deal. There's ALWAYS some yahoos who want something for free and sit at a desk all day, not having realistic expectations. Friend had them come out to check their pipes and septic had it all dug out ready to be looked at. They sent an old man who could barely walk. He gets there says he doesn't want to do the work and demands 200 bucks wth is this scam?
