Appointment time for leaking water heater was 12-3pm. Chris Roberts showed up at 12. Took a minute to diagnose the problem and had quotes ready in 5 with alternatives. Prompt, painless and professional and this was just a request for a quote made this morning. He made the other guy from another company look silly who was still here doing some calculations and diagnosed the heater as ""leaning"" which it isn't. It is very level on a solid stand. Thank you Silver State and Chris for the awesome service!

Silver State provided a quick response for plumbing needs at our home. The estimate was provided in the morning by Vannessa Faagata who was very friendly and knowledgable about the work that needed to be done. She was able to get the work scheduled and performed later in the afternoon. Great service was provided by Joe Fonseca to install 3 new shut off valves and to replace one toilet flushing mechanism. All his work was completed within the estimate costs. Joe was very efficient and friendly.

This place will sabotage your system while they do a ""checkup"" in order for your AC unit to fatally fail, just so they can sweep in and overcharge for a whole system replacement. And they are the same with their plumbing services. Our house has experienced destructive water damage from an attic unit that was altered by this ""company"". Stay away or at least make sure you have good homeowners insurance because you will be filing a claim after they are done.

I responded to their radio ad for a$29 hot water flush and inspection. I was told I was not ""qualified"" because I had a home warrant. I told them it wasn't a call for repair but a preventive maintenance. That's what their Radio Ad said.

they told me no and I told them I'd report them as a scam or a potential switch-n-bait.

My 92 year old mother-in-law used Silver State twice and like their service. When she decided to replace her aging water heater now rather that wait for it to fail, she called Silver State. She was not given an estimate, and didn't question it as she trusted them based on previous work.
After installation they wanted more than $3,000 to replace and install a 50 gallon water heater. When she called the office to inquire about the price, she was rudely brushed off.
We won't make that mistake again. Very disappointed

2008 furnace removal very tedious job, but with the dedication and hard work it was removed piece by piece and a very hot weather and replaced with a brand new unit. I think the team heavily that came out appreciate the time and the quality of work that I received.

Our AC went out on the weekend, outside of normal business hours. We were able to schedule an appointment on a Sunday afternoon. Silver State was able to come out earlier than expected. Fortunately, our technician, Vince M., was able to get us up & running. Having a Silver State service contract and warranty helped save us money in an emergency situation - we were thankful to have that in place. Thank you Vince & Silver State for coming out so quickly.
