Matt and Mike are AMAZING!! I had a back up in my kitchen sink that I just couldn't get with my minimal knowledge and tools! I called silver state Wednesday afternoon and was given a time slot between 8-12 the next day! I got a text around 10 saying they were on their way!! They arrived and quickly assessed the situation!! 48 feet of snake later, the block was removed!! They made sure everything was running great before they left! The work took less than an hour, and I couldn't be happier with their service!! I will definitely be calling them in the future for any/all of my plumbing needs!! THANKS MATT AND MIKE!!!

Estimates from this company who are filled with greed, over charging and tried to charge me $5,000. Then they brought the estimate down to $4,000 for a job that they said would take 2 days. These 2 plumbers that came aboard..... dragged out the hours and could have done everything in one day.
Then one plumber installed copper pipes without informing me or asking my permission. Copper is a heavy metal and many become ill around it . I told the plumber how sick copper makes me and he said ""This is all that we use"". I refused to pay the full amount and paid them half.
I became very ill and contacted them to share that I will be filing a complaint with the Reno Contractors Board if they don't come and remove the copper.
I received a call from a Supervisors in Las Vegas. He was very nice and said they would come and remove the copper pipes and install Pex Pipe free of charge to me. I was very relieved....for a moment;
They sent a different employee to remove the copper and install the Pex pipe. He came to my door with an attitude and was disrespectful of some guidelines of coming into my home. Guidelines that the previous 2 plumbers did honor.
I spoke with that same Supervisor about this employee and he said he would talk with his boss and get back to me.........I have never heard from him again.
I called the company 3 times in the last 3 days and never received a call back from them.
Steer clear of this company! I will now be filing my complaint with the Contractor's board.

My shower faucet was leaking and it needed a filter cartridge replacement so I called silver state plumbing and they came out and Mike and Matt fixed my problem. They were professional and friendly. They even wore booties on their shoes which I thought was a nice gesture and cleaned up after their self when they were finished with the job. Thank you so much!

Horrible. There was NEVER once an actual plumber on-site for 14 hours. There were 2 childish clowns from Las Vegas that had to call someone else every time they had a new idea. Finally we had to ask them to LEAVE. They did not remove our clog and had to rent a hydro-jet because they don't even have the basic supplies to do clogs. A competitor sent 2 qualified plumbers over the next morning and fixed the problem in just over an hour. So, unless you need a p-trap under a sink unclogged, DON""T call Silver State. Come to think of it you would still be better off with Liquid Plumber in your house.

Silver State Plumbing is a truly excellent company. My bathroom developed an internal leak, and the plumbers dispatched to my residence identified the problem immediately and solved the problem.

I would not do business with these dishonest people willing to do whatever it takes for a come up. The employee was hacking and coughing the whole time, and I also caught him in a lie about his professional history. He claimed to be an employee with the company since 1999, but then slipped and told me he moved to Nevada in 2007!! Sorry silver state plumbing but it takes more than the suit to be Superman.

Long long long story short, I wasn't feeling confident in the technician/plumber that was sent to complete the job at my house, so I asked them not to go forward, and to bill me for the SERVICE CALL rather than the work quoted (which was not performed). I spoke with the apparent supervisor the following day and he wanted to make it right, which was admirable, but I was confident in my decision to go another way. He said I would NOT BE CHARGED the quoted amount for the work that was not done. I was charged. The complete amount. I have called back 6 times. I am told the supervisor will have to look into it and call me back tomorrow. It's been 3 weeks, the charge is still on my credit card (I have disputed with them), and I still can't get a supervisor on the phone about the outstanding charge. Absolutely ridiculous way to do business I would warn anyone and everyone away from this company for all of their services.
